This dealership was lovely. The sales representative I worked with was Jordan Norman and I 100% will recommend AutoNation and Jordan himself to anyone I know who is on the market for a vehicle. He was very kind and compassionate about the whole thing and did everything in his power to get me the best deal he could. He explained everything in full detail and answered any questions I had without tiptoeing or dodging a honest answer. He was incredible. I don't know what the xxxx is going on with all those 5 star-ers, but my VW was as lemon as it can get.
1) After the second day of purchase left parking light burnt. (took them +2 hours to fix it).
2) The fuel gauge stopped working properly.
3) Upholstery from the ceiling unglued itself.
^ all fo these were inside the first 1month post-purchase. points 2 and 3 they didn't want to be accountable.Crooks I'm starting to think that all the 5 stars are bots or employees.

My 2019 Ford F150 threw four codes while I was in Florida. No parking brake, no cruise control, no collision assist and reduced power. While driving it felt as if I had the 4 wheel drive engaged, steering was very heavy. We were going home from Coca Beach Florida back to Detroit MI. First thing out of the service advisors mouth was can you leave it? No, I live in Michigan. He then said we have appointments ahead of you, probably be several hours before we can look at it. I said I was from out of state can you help me. He told me no you have to wait your turn. He told me there were 70 vehicles ahead of me and it might be tomorrow before they could get it in. I will complain to Ford Motor when I get home.

A complete waist of time, can't believe folks like this are even still in business. Watch your back on trade in, the "boy" with moose in his hair running numbers for trade in's must think everyone is an idiot, I'm not sure which backside he kissed to get his job but hopefully for the sake of the dealership he won't have the job much longer. Internet prices fluctuating all over the place, I really suggest driving a little further (ron anderson) for a much better and straight forward deal.
