Never leave reviews, but I’ll pass it on since dealerships pride themselves on them. Sales representative (Scottie) was very nice. Sales manager was very unprofessional and treated customers very rudely as if you were wasting his time. Needless to say I left and went to Coggin Chevrolet and struck a deal. Wouldn’t recommend. There are no shortage of dealerships in Jacksonville. You could miss this one and still find a good deal without the headache of dealing with this sales manager.

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from this Dealership and had vehicles serviced on several occasions. They have an obvious culture of not showing any appreciation or being polite with a greeting and simple “how are you”? The waiting area for owners getting any type of service consists of 7 chairs and a television. No water, coffee or anything else to make the person feel welcome.
They should take notice of just a few competitors: Beaver Chevrolet has Coffee, water, snacks, and Jimmy John sandwiches. Their waiting area is open and salesman, managers, and other employees all say hello. They make you feel welcome and appreciated.
Duval Ford offers coffee, water and snacks and once again their employees say hello and make you feel welcome and appreciated. Fields Automotive Group has even more choices and treats for their customers. Doesn’t cost anything but sends a strong message to customers. I understand you go to dealerships to buy a car or get one serviced and that’s the priority. There is nothing wrong with making the customers feel special, and there are plenty of local dealerships that work to get your business and repeat business.
Ron Anderson won’t have to worry about another negative review from me, because I won’t be back, period.

Every time I take my truck in to just get an Oil change they always come up with things they say I need to do that are not necessary just to dollar you to death they sell you stuff you don't need like you need to change your break fluid or your antifreeze or you need an alignment or your cabin filter is bad my truck only has 24 thousand miles on it it is a rip off I told them i would not be back I will go else where they can rip off some others, not me the dealer ship has changed hands since I bought my truck I do not like them it used to be an honest dealership when it was Jack Wilson
