We were in the market for a SUV and narrowed the search to a 21 Honda Passport EX-L and a 21 Kia Sorrento SX and were BLOWN AWAY at the lease deal that this dealership put together that no one could even come close to matching. We are prev customers this is our 2nd lease from them since our orig lease deal on a 20 Civic Sport on 8/17/2020. We work ONLY with Thomas Phelps in sales and Clay Fenwick in finance as these 2 are the dynamic duo and worked both deals for us to PERFECTION!!! We are in N Forida and the drive to Jax was more than worth it as these two gentlemen will go above and beyond to make every effort to put together the most aggressive deal as possible and if you bring them a pending deal they will match or beat it as they have done on the last 2 deals we have closed. We will continue to give them the last shot at any auto deals we have in the future as well as referring family/fiends on any and all of their auto purchase/lease needs and my wife LOVES her black copper pearl EX-L that she affectionately named Raven.

The service department has gone down! You can literally feel the vibe once you pull up. I did not purchase my vehicle from here, but I have been a loyal customer for maintenance for the last 3 years. My car will be paid off this year and I do not feel as if I will continue getting my services done here. The staff does not care about your vehicle, the employees are rude and unprofessional, and wait times are ridiculous! I have felt this way for a while now, but today pissed me off to no return. Service manager Neil and advisor Tom are the worst men for the jobs. I brought my car in for AC work which is mandatory living in Florida. They did not answer my calls, return my calls, once we finally talked they repeatedly cut me off short mid conversation,just flat out did not give af! I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way. Oh yeah the conversation ended with them refusing to fix my AC blower! Duval Honda use to be such a great place, but it's like all the knowledgeable employees have left and they just hire anyone with two eyes and two legs. Oh yeah did I mention I knew it was the blower motor from a previous diagnostic report and I brought TWO copies, (two different days) yes TWO and mysteriously they both vanished into thin air.
