Never leave reviews, but I’ll pass it on since dealerships pride themselves on them. Sales representative (Scottie) was very nice. Sales manager was very unprofessional and treated customers very rudely as if you were wasting his time. Needless to say I left and went to Coggin Chevrolet and struck a deal. Wouldn’t recommend. There are no shortage of dealerships in Jacksonville. You could miss this one and still find a good deal without the headache of dealing with this sales manager.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from Fitzgerald Auto Sales and am very happy to give a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend FAS! I live in Macon GA and had searched AutoTrader for a car but didn't find what I wanted until I expanded my search. Then I found my car in Jacksonville. The photos and vehicle description were just what I was looking for. The car was in excellent condition, Brendan was easy to work with, he answered all my questions, we closed the deal and I was on my way with my car in less than 2 hours. He had some great looking Jeep Cherokees for sale so I might be back for one of those.

Paid to have a car moved to Jax, fl. They provided a free car fax, but were surprised when I asked for their inspection. I had concerns about some unmarked damage that the service mechanic had verbally indicated and whether the battery passed inspection on a 5 yr old BMW (batteries are only good 3-4 years). Manager called and advised they don’t provide the inspection. At the test drive , immediately a notice came up on the I drive indicating that the battery was discharging when the engine was off. Possible low battery. I drove the vehicle for a bit and then stopped/started the vehicle. Same message. Drove back to the dealer and showed them. Connected an obd and read the fault codes. Basically an electrical issue. Maybe just the battery but could be something more. Should’ve been caught by their inspection, or at least noted every time someone started the car. I walked after having spent the money to have it transported. Obd showed 43 fault codes. Probably related to the battery, but decided not to take the chance if it was a major electrical issue

Autoline is great. They are very professional and stand behind their work. We bought a used Toyota Camry right after it was traded in and they knew of a few repairs they needed to make before we could drive it off the lot. Once it was ready we took it home and it was not running perfectly so we brought it back. They continued to repair it for no extra charge until it was perfect. I cannot say enough great things about Autoline.

Run away. I placed a deposit for a Lexus Friday with Ron. The following Monday, Ron calls me that the Lexus has been sold over the weekend. I was like what? Sell a car after the deposit has been made? I kinda of knew it was sold when they removed the car from their website on Saturday and there was another feedback that I read where they sold the car after the customer already made a deposit. So in a way, I was expecting this. Yeah, they will rave about their amazing reviews online. I am the person that does their Due diligence. I can say that I have read every single feedback from google and like 6 other websites. Based on my observation, everytime a customer post a negative feedback, they will make up some excuse to cover themselves and they never take responsibility. So expect this from this review as well. So if you deal with them, expect them to screw you over in pre-sales and after sales

I purchased a vehicle from the Orange Park location through a salesman named Josh. He seemed as nice as could be though he was pushy in some ways. After working with him for a few weeks, we test drove a few vehicles and decided on a 2003 Mazda 6. We told him of the few problems we could tell the vehicle had, right away and he promised to have them fixed within the first week of our purchase. The day after we purchased the vehicle, Josh was "fired", though he had already told us he would be quitting within a few weeks. My fiancé bought the vehicle back for the repairs and then the owner tries to tell me that we didn't finish paying the down payment. I paid a certain amount that Josh told us was approved and Tom (the owner, crook) tried telling me that we still owed $600 more and that he never approves a deal for the amount we gave. I told him that is what we agreed to with Josh and though I was willing to pay the rest, by having him add it to the loan, he decided not to bother but then proceeded to tell me that because we didn't pay the amount he requires, he will not fix the problems with the car but he would cover the labor if I purchased the parts.. I purchased two parts and his shady mechanic installed the parts and then the car was even worse than it was to start with. We contacted them again and they said that is too bad, it is a used car and there are going to be problems and you should expect to have to do repairs.
I told him that I would never have purchased the vehicle if I new there were this many problems. Bottom line is that it was dangerous, car shook all the time, wouldn't accelerate, windshield had been replaced and not installed correctly. The car had bad struts, and many other engine problems that would have cost over $2000 to start to fix, which we didn't have.
I ended up going somewhere else, finding a way better vehicle with a warranty. We are very happy now and after the purchase from somewhere else, I cancelled the insurance on the Mazda and returned it to their lot with a letter explaining why I was returning the vehicle.
This place is nothing but a scam and every vehicle there has many problems...lesson learned on my part...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE TO DRIVE OFF A CLIFF. THANK GOD WE ARE STILL ALIVE!!! It was a nightmare everyday and I refused to drive alone in the vehicle for fear of getting into an accident.

I bought a car 10/8 It was the typical dealer stuff, our cars worth its weight in gold yours is worthless..Typical dealership. I liked the new car so I proceeded with the deal anyways. I thought it was an ok deal but 3 days later it wouldn't start when I was leaving from a restaurant I had lunch at. Needed a new battery. I feel like that would have been found by the dealer in their inspection showing it was low. 1 day later the the service traction control and ABS system notifications came on. I called automatch who told me there is absolutely no warranty. I took it to a mechanic who looked into it said the systems have needed to have been serviced for some time. He showed me how you can do a reset and the alerts go away but when the car does another diagnostic on itself the notifications will comeback on. Sure enough yesterday they came back on. Seems pretty shady of a dealer to do. You feel like you don't need a warranty because you trust they did an accurate and thorough inspection and FIXED all problems not bandage just enough to get it down the road. Not recommending.
