STAY AWAY from this dealership. The sales manager, Mark Hammel, is unprofessional and lies to customers. One of the sales people, Marquis Bradford, showed us a grey Camry SE with specific features including Blind Spot Monitoring. When we inquired about a different color he said “we have the SAME car in white”. We trusted him AND the dealership. We agreed to purchase the same car in white, but we were given a different car with less features and no Blind Spot Monitoring. When my sister confronted Marquis Bradford, he affirmed that it was his mistake. The sales manager, Mark Hammel, did not take any responsibility for this issue when confronted . He admitted that he told the sales person to give us another car, without the previously-discussed features of the first car that we test drove, and DID NOT inform us about this change before purchasing. Additionally, he DID NOT provide any resolution or even an apology, and talked to my sister in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. If you want a Toyota don’t come to this place. Shady tactics and tricks to sell you a different car with less features and take your money. By the way, NO ONE from the dealership has reached out to us after contacting Toyota of USA. Just save your time and go to another honest dealership in town.
