Last night I called this dealer to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock. It was and Ryan had all the info and price breakdown sent to me in under 30 minutes. I was supposed to be there at 9AM today and arrived at a little after 8AM. I was promptly greeted by Edwin and I let him know what was going on. He texted Ryan for me and had the car I was interested in pulled to the front of the store without even asking him to do so.
Eudriel, handled all of my paperwork and was great to deal with. He went over all of the vehicles features and did the test drive with me. As I was getting the paperwork finished, the sales manager entered the building and gave a handshake and said hello. That's never happened to me before.
I forget the finance manager's name, but he was great to work with as well. I kindly let him know I was only interested in the maxcare warranty and nothing else. He didn't try to pressure me into something else.
Overall, it was one of the best car purchases I've ever made. The process went very smoothly and no hidden fees.

Well , I removed my bad feedback and put it to pending as Airpot dodge claimed they would fix their wrong. When I purchased a $85,000 car from them, as they will do with anyone who buys if they owe you something the give you a we owe. For me it was a 120.00 or so part. They claim item are only held by the parts department , since I purchased the car on a Saturday late nite they could not get to it. I had to go back on Sunday to have the backup camera fixed. I figured since it was early morning they could get part. No chance the salesman acted like a total ass. Since he already made the sale he did not give one care in the world. Since then the management called me said they would take care of it, That has now been 3 weeks. If there is anything a new potential buyer can learn from this post is, They treat someone who has bought in the last 1.5 years a (2019 ram limited $64,045 plus all the other fees and plus a 2019 Dodge Challenger Redeye for $88,205 plus all the other fees, for a total of $154,647. If you are the normal person spending $30,000 or $40,000. HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT YOU AFTER THE SALE. I would not want to find out.

Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They tried to switch papers 3 times to papers with higher number, fortunately I caught that, each time they played it off as a mistake. I just can't believe I didn't walk out at that point. Also they had the price online about 6000 cheaper than what I ended up having to pay and that was not taxes or tags or fees. That's truck cost. RIP OFF!!! Although it's my fault for signing the paperwork after about 9 hours, they are shady and untrustworthy. Dont even walk in!!!
