Don took my call for service, he gave me several choices. For day and time. When I arrived for my appointment ,he greeted me and listened to the type of service that I wanted and any other concerns that I had. I was able to watch the tech from the cafe window. He did an excellent job and a few extra little things. Great job. This is a report from someone how is retired from 50 years in the automotive industry.

Does it really take over 8 hrs to perform oil change, rotate tires and check why the ac doesn't blow cold. The ac check did cost another $140.00. 12 minutes later they said oh, you need everything replaced to the tune of $2500.00. alignment still hadn't been done. They would replace the air filter for another $25/35 dollars.

Took four hours to change my oil and ask a question about the USB port. When I finally inquired about where my car was the other service team members took awhile to find it, my service member was no where to be found. When I asked what took so long to change the oil the answer was that they didn't know. Even though I have pre-paid oil changes with this dealership I will never be returning to this dealership again. All in all the service department did not apologize for bad customer service. My advice, take your car to another ford dealer. 02/16/2021.
