Alex Tamer and Jon Frisby were excellent from start to finish. I bought an Outlander from Alex in 2012, and he made such a good impression that I knew I wanted to buy from him again in 2020. He showed me all the new technology and features that my old car didn't have. He helped me with the loyalty and holiday discount so that I was comfortable with the price. And he was honest with my trade-in. Buying from Alex feels like you are buying from a friend. And Jon was incredibly helpful with my loan. He also did my paperwork last time and I'm happy he was able to do it again. I was very impressed they both were still there almost 9 years later. Thank you both, I love my new Outlander!

Car Repair That Never Got Done - SusanH
We have been long time Mitsubishi leasers from NYC and Longwood Mitsubishi is the WORST dealership we have ever encountered. We have a 2010 Galant with 23,500 miles. It was a car leased for my husband's job and, when he retired, he liked the car so much he bought it. It is in pristine condition but, like all cars, needs maintenance. We brought it to Longwood Mitsubishi because the shift locked up. We dropped the car off on 10/30 and, since they could not work on it until the next day, we left it. James was to be our "contact person". The next afternoon, since no one had called us, we called to speak with James about the car. When I called, James was among the missing but I was assured that he would call back. James apparently never reappeared because he never called back. Nor did anyone else. So, the next afternoon, since no one called me, I called again. Again, no one called back. Now I am getting annoyed. The next day I call again and told the service department representative my issues. She asked me to hold while she tried to get some answers for me. I wind up holding on for 45 minutes. She gets back to me every now and then to let me know that she is still working on my problems. Somewhere in this mess the all knowing Chris takes over for James and is trying to find out what is going on with my car. I am now done with them. I tell them that I am coming tomorrow (day 4) to pick up the car. Next day we drive (we have 2 cars) to get the car. I arrive and discover that NOTHING has been done to my car in 4 days (which explains why no one ever called me back!) since first they had trouble locating the key and then they had trouble locating the car which was randomly parked in their lot. Chris then ASSURES me that the car WILL POSITIVELY NOT START. My husband gets the car started in 5 seconds!! So much for Chris's experience and opinion. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything having to do with cars. In my opinion, when Ringling Brothers Circus closed, some of the clowns were hired by this dealership.

The Acura department. One or the Finance manager will give you the go around and its unfriendly; zero customer service and lie to you. The other employees that works in there go to him with your inquiry and he tell them to tell you he its off to come back next day ; the first time you don't know its him the one you need for to take care of your inquiry. Next day you go back and thats when you know he was not off the first day because you saw him. For nothing still because he again will send another employee to tell you any other go around story. All this with him been around 65 feet away from you inside an small all glass wall office. Stay away from this dealer.
