My 2019 Jaguar F-Pace is a lemon. Has been in 2 service departments over 50+ days. I was told I spilled liquid in my cup holder and that liquid was the reason my car stopped working. Plus, I’ve has issues with my push button starts since 500 miles. Service returned my car to me with my back console not out back into place. They are 💯 incompetent. I was advised to lie to JLR corporate about the liquid situation. Why would I do that? GM Bob willing to help me until JLR denied my 2nd buyback claim. This car came from a different dealer but the issues are still not fixed. I wouldn’t buy or service your car there unless you prefer dishonesty.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a 2018 Range Rover sport sigh unseen. Trusted the sales rep and he told us there was absolutely no dents, dings, scratches, etc on this car. Our transporter went to pick it up, we are friends with him and he called and said this car is no good. There’s plastic hanging off of it, huge paint chips, CURB RASH ON EVERY SINGLE RIM....the worst I’ve seen. A scratch about 7 inches long across the top of it that Stevie Wonder could see. He told us he didn’t notice that and then backtracked when we said we’re not buying this crap car. He said there’s normal wear and it’s a 2018 and should be expected. “IN HIS OPINION, ITS NOT THAT BAD.” HES not buying the car, we are. We get to decide what is bad and what isn’t. What we will accept and what we won’t. They kept calling to say they will fix everything that’s wrong with it for for free. I cannot believe this car is even certified. They were going to load it with the transporter and have it travel 16 hours to us in Va and then try snd say that the damage was done on the transport, and they have no liability. Little did they know, we are very close to the transporter and he has been in the car business for 21 years. TERRIBLE THING TO DO TO A BUYER.
