I don’t write reviews but the poor quality and customer service of this company warrants the Time...My wife went to Napleton to get her tires rotated and the dealership was unable to balance the tires correctly. I ended up going to the dealership with her after the second time they were unable to balance the tires and witnessed the rudeness and incompetence of the dealer staff first hand. They talked down to my wife and we’re unable to correct a basic service (balancing tires...). I cannot say enough about the poor quality and poor customer service of this company. 🤢 please do not give this company your business. They seemingly talk down to women and are not competent mechanics.

We were not in town when the jeep was delivered and they drove it to our home which is a couple hours away. Lupe and David were very professional and friendly. Please keep away from this dealership they lie, scheme and give you the runaround. Do not ever walk out of the dealership with any promise of items that they owe you it is best to cancel the entire transaction and go some place else. Empty promises to call once items are in is a big hoax, they never answer or return your calls and if you are fortunate to speak to someone after repeated holds they act like your are severely bothering them while they owe you items incomplete from your transaction.

They will not honor the flyers they send you the mail concerning trade ins. There is always a catch! Offered me around $25k but when we exchanged offers we were only a few thousand apart - I then pointed to the flyer which Joey Accardi represented an additional $4k for President's day which would more than cover the gap - no go! suddenly all the other rebates and offers were off the table. Its a ploy to keep you in and a waste of time. Buy out of state and avoid all the insane fees they try to take on e.g. dealership fee, nitrogen gas, protective film, etc.

My experience with this dealership started a few years ago, when I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango from them. For that purchase everything was pretty decent the salesman was very helpful they showed me a clean Carfax on the vehicle, I then took the vehicle for a test drive and I noticed that the driver side door would not stay open when the vehicle was on an incline because the hinge was bad, the salesman told me not to worry bring it back and they would fix it. A few days later maybe two days later I brought the vehicle back to get the hinge fixed on the door and there was a noise in the same driver side door I drop the vehicle off and they fixed the noise in the door but told me would be $435 to fix the hinge that that was not covered. I explain to them that I was told to bring it back and they would replace it, but needless to say they did not so I took the vehicle back home. Drove the vehicle without incident for the next couple of years and decided to trade it in on a 2020 jeep wrangler. When I got there trying to work the deal they told me that my Durango had been in an accident and showed me the Carfax to prove it, I explain to them the first Carfax they showed me on the same vehicle a couple of years earlier said the vehicle was clean and had not been any accidents, we then worked past that sticking point and went on with trying to make the deal on the new Jeep they gave me what I thought was a fair amount of money for my vehicle but would not work as far as bringing down the price of their other vehicle, so I decided it was time to walk away and keep my Durango, the sales manager didn’t approach me and said let’s get you into a lease I told him I had never leased before and he said no problem it’s very easy I said OK let’s talk make a long story short he had me put $13,000 down on the leased vehicle so that my payments were reduced to where I could afford to make the payment, me being naïve and never leasing before thought that the $13,000 that I put down would come off the price of the vehicle, well not so because I went back nine months later to trade the lease vehicle in and buy a jeep out right I was told that the $13,000 was gone there’s no equity in the vehicle. I know that some of this is my fault for not knowing about the lease but I would’ve thought that they would’ve explained it to me to help me understand that the money I was giving them I could never recover. So once again I have lost. My feeling is these people at Wallace Chrysler Jeep will not tell you the truth and are very devious, as far as I’m concerned I will never ever go back there for anything or any reason, I could not and will not in good faith recommend them to anyone.

The Godfather one of the best movies of all time if not the greatest BUT the real Godfather is AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines. This car dealership is the real deal from the start to finish, let me tell you why. I will start by saying that I tried not one but many different dealerships before finding this gem. I was on a budget and finding the car I loved became more challenging, 2020 is not one of my best years but it was my birthday and my previous truck stopped working, therefore I had to start looking for another vehicle. I tried online and called multiple dealerships, most dealers ignored me, running my credit and never finding the time to actually help me, I felt like a number, nobody was interested in me getting something I liked or finding me something I could love but also pay since I was, as previously mentioned, on a budget, but my situation completely changed once I called AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines. All it took was getting the right team of professionals involved, with the help of Johnny Robles, who was my sales rep, (and will always be from now on), Glenn Pericohen, the GSM, and the Finance Manager, Grace Giraldo, my days of disappointment changed. Johnny took the time to find me exactly what I needed and he knew all the answers I asked him from the first call to the in-person appointment. He is a very friendly and professional person, who made me feel comfortable and made the process very smooth, without giving me the headaches, previously experienced at different locations. Glenn made all the worries implanted in me at the previous locations disappear, he was what I will call a true manager, always making me feel comfortable, touching base with me to see how my deal was coming along and if I was satisfied with the process. Grace Giraldo fought for me, giving me an amazing term and rate after multiple calls with different banks. Knowing that there are people in the car business like these that actually want to help me and made it possible for me to get my dream car made me speechless.
This is by far the number one dealership of all time and the only dealer I will ever recommend anyone to buy from, they earned my trust and loyalty for life and I will be forever grateful. Again, Car buying is very stressful and one of the worst experiences for most people, I personally hated it, but now that has changed thanks to Johnny, Glenn, and Grace at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines truly an act of higher power. Thank you guys for making my birthday amazing this year and wish you many blessing. Anyone who needs a car or truck should definitely go to this place and ask for Johnny, talk to Glenn and wait for Grace, truly a car buying experience I will never forget!
