For a high end car they have low end service. The service department is the worst, trying to schedule not only for oil change, but my car that is barely a year old is leaking coolant and I got transferred all over the world and back.
Could not get anyone on the phone to schedule ended up scheduling online, they only had an appointment 18days out.
There was not an option to request a loaner and now that I called about my appointment they claim to get a loaner I would have to re-schedule for a month out. Told her online it does not let you request one, her answer was that I should not have scheduled online that I should have spoke to a person!!! Told her I tried for 2 days and just kept getting VM and no one calling me back!!! She transferred me to my service advisor and ofcource i got a voicemail. I called back and asked for service manager got transferred back and forth 4 TIMES and and ofcource ended up at a voice mail yet again.
I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again!!!
Then on their website they responded to my complaint with the main number where no one answers and no extension or person whom to ask for! That is even worse customer service and shows how little you care about customers by giving a vague answer with really no real assistance . If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. Once they make the sale they don’t care and your car is your problem not theirs even with recalls and serious problems a new car should not have.
