So, I had my eye on a BMW 650i Gran for a few weeks. LBM had one on their lot with low miles, and it fit the bill for what I was looking for. I had gone in a previous time, and we couldn’t make the numbers work.
Fast forward to yesterday, I called in to tell them that I was in town, and I asked if we could make one last attempt to make it work. Christos answered and welcomed me back even though the deal wasn’t originally his.
He, along with Tyler, listened, asked the right questions, and they made the deal happen.

I purchased a pre-owned Mazda from Mo Desrosiers. Overall I am pleased with my purchase experience from Mo, however there were some problems that were not disclosed on my sight-unseen purchase and the way Greico Mazda administration managed their response to the problems. I do want to compliment Mo on driving 2 hours to meet me halfway between my home and the dealership to deliver the car. Upon receiving the car, I found out that the car had two undisclosed cosmetic problems even though I specifically was told that there were no cosmetic flaws prior to purchase. I requested a price reduction to address the problems and Mo agreed to reduce the price to compensate for the issues. My major complaint about the purchase was with managers and other dealership administrators. I asked Mo multiple times to have a manager call me after the sale to discuss my disappointment with the undisclosed findings and no one called me. I left multiple voicemail for the manager that was not returned. Additionally, 2 months after the sale, I still had not received the sales paperwork including registration document or the refund check that I was promised by Mo. I was finally able to reach a manager nearly 3 months after the sale and received the refund check today. It is unfortunate that an otherwise 4-5 star rating was reduced to 2-3 stars because the poor customer service of the management. When it is time for my next vehicle purchase, I would work with Mo again but unfortunately for Mo, I will not be buying again from a Greico dealership.
