This is my second post so I’ll reiterate that I bought a new car from Chevy in 2018 and I sold it in December 2020. I’ve asked for months now for my unused gap insurance and dealt with several people they sent me the documentations that I had to sign and I did and still have not received my refund check. The funny thing is I also bought a brand new Chrysler Jeep on the Chrysler side the same month in 2018 which I also treated in in December 2020 and I received my check for my gap refund right away after about five weeks their customer service is great however Chevy it’s horrible they’re downright thieves so I’ve decided to take a different route I’ve been in contact with the Better Business Bureau which do you have to do in order to get off there but. This is also unfortunate because my son is also getting ready to buy two vehicles and he loves Chevy But he will not be buying them from Miami Lakes auto mall

I bought a used car on 03/2018. Joe Debesa was the finance Mgr. Joe offered a extended protective warranty for 3 yrs that I declined but He said the warranty is a must and the deal cannot happen without this BS warranty. i asked what if I trade or sold car he said the warranty is transferable and I can get a refunded for the balance. I went by to the dealership on 07/2020 as i trade in the car. I spoke to Joe about a refunded for the balance of the warranty. He acted like he didn't care. He walk off and said there's no refunded on the balance of the warranty. So basically I pissed away $500 for nothing. this dealership is miss leading to customers to get their sales. Joe is a liar and a horrible person. this dealership is stealing for honest hard working people during a world wide pandemic !! DON NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Avoid to buy a car with the sale manager - FARFAT - ALL COST ! I am a FEMALE student from California purchased the BRAND NEW OUTLANDER that means I don’t know much about the car. I just found out the there is missing a HEAD SUPPORT from the 6th seat. He told Gregg, the sale man, “ they are not sure if I took it out or someone stole it” this incident shown this manager and this dealer have No integrity!!! They are not willing to take care of theirs problems which were their responsibility! RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS GUY - FARHAT ! If you are female and don’t know much about car, you should not deal or buy anything from this dealer! I Will report to BBB too!

My experience was amazing. I saw a car online contacted the dealership gave a little information about myself (via phone) by the time I got there I was approved with a great APR financing. Mike the the manager was polite ,kind ,and helpful. My saleman Mr. Joseph Gary Joseph very honest , did an excellent job the proceuss was very simple and easy I was out of there in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone who's in the need for a new or used car to stop by.
