I never write reviews but I felt that he deserved high praise for being a very excellent customer relations specialist at Pompano Ford Lincoln. I will be repeat customer always after being taken care of so well when I brought my truck in for maintenance.

“Fantastic car buying experience, Wonderful salesperson."
This is my third Lincoln and third dealership and this was the best experience we have had. No surprises, no pressure. Our sales person, Sahd Nachawi, was the best. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Due to the pandemic and being a weekend day, the insurance transfer process was very slow. Sahd displayed a tremendous amount of resolve and kept the process on track. We received what we expected for our trade in and the transaction was quick, easy and enjoyable as possible. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience. Our 2021 Corsair is great!

A complete waste of time. The salesperson, William, was incredibly rude and just dripped of arrogance. Go to any of the other Lincoln dealerships in the area.

Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service at Pines Ford. My car is still having Power/Train problems after I waited 4 weeks for them to attend me (1 week for and appointment) (3 weeks and a day for it to be serviced). I’ve called several times to ask for additional help but I just get the run around. When I went to pick up my car the front Cashiers at in Service, were very unpleasant.
And lastly they returned my car dirty and full of bird poop. That was not the way I turned in my car to them.
I had to take my car to Ford in Pompano, for them to inform me that there was no information on my car being serviced at Pines Ford. I was never checked in and no record of a diagnostic.
They’ve done the bare minimum to help.
Very Unpleased with the customer service
