Mike was very helpful with the entire process of having the extended warranty cover my issues. Provided a loaner and had communication with me throughout the entire process. I am disappointed in the actual tech that did not check my car before giving it to me after the first time it was fixed causing me to have to keep the loaner for an extra week while the extended warranty people came by to approve more fixes on the a/c.

I brought my car for my first maintenance 12/31/2020 but I had my bike roof rack, Service Advisor Lydia Difinizio told me that they cannot wash my car because the rack, after the service my car was washed and the rack was damaged. On January 13 she sent me an email "We filled out a check request form, you should be getting that sent over". However I waited for few weeks but I dont get the check for $230.68, then I went to retailer and I spoke with the service manager Raymond Serrano and he told me 2 weeks ago that I will get the check soon, now he didn't answer my emails or phone calls. I'm disappointed because this little incident is taking 2 months to fix it. Willfrand Rojas
