I am a young girl who came from Ohio to Start a new life. When I moved down, I was 18 and needed a car that I could afford and would take me back and forth to school and work. My parents insisted that I find a car before they leave to go back to Ohio. I had bought a used car from a well known dealership and my experience was awful. Although the people seemed kind, I was cheated for my money. I was overcharged for the very unreliable car that I had received. I told Terry about both my experience and my current situations. He was very understanding and helped me swap my vehicle out to a more reliable one that best suited me not only financially, but also made sure it was a vehicle that I (not liked) loved! He and his team got together and each one made sure I was well taken care of. As if that wasn’t more than enough, towards the very end of the whole ordeal I had misplaced the key for my old vehicle. For over an hour, Terry patiently, diligently, and with a positive attitude helped me find the key that I had lost. The team got together to help as well until we found it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

So I had a Morano and Altima back in the early 2000s into 2015. Never once did I have a problem with my cars or for that matter the Ferman Nissan dealership here in Tampa.
Then I decide to upgrade to a BMW over at Reeves. Wow...you would think the service, staff, overall experience would be tops right? Horrific. I had my BMW (which I loved btw) for 3 years. I literally traded in my BMW for the new 2019 Altima Platinum mainly because I knew going back to Nissan was going to be a truly wonderful experience. I was right.
From the start of Chris Keene...what a joy. Sales people could be pushy (I'm one, I know). Not Chris. He was lovely and smart and knew when to move the sale forward and when to simply let the customer make a logical decision with the knowledge he provided. He was great in person, on the phone at follow up. He's a treasure for the N. Florida dealership. I am still in contact with him!
The manager there Andrew was just as pleasant with good sense knowledge to move the sale to a close. Always with a smile, Andrew was a pleasure to work with and complimented the entire day's experience.
Then there was Leo in Finance. (Leonard Kavaja). Fast, efficient, good advice as we signed. He guided us through the process and was a gem to work with even in the evening when we all know we're all exhausted from the day. Friendly and enjoyable.
I am happy to be back and look forward to the future with the entire Nissan team here in Tampa. Ferman ALWAYS takes good care of me from the very start at purchase.

This review may be a little lengthy, but well deserved for this dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships over 20 years and have owned many vehicles in that time and have had basic customer service. I have felt in the past that during the car buying procedure they are great but the after experience is always disappointing. As if they have gotten your business and so not care to maintain any kind of relationship with the customer.
After having some recent problems with my credit I was reluctant to head to any dealer with fear of the way I would be treated, And then I came to AutoNation in Brandon. We were greeted timely upon arrival and not hounded as soon as we got on the lot. Ron Messick was amazing. Laid back, honest and realistic. As he navigated thru the options and the best match for me, it was never felt to be rushed. I picked a great deal of a certified vehicle and was impressed by the price for the mileage and condition of the vehicle. Professional and humble, Ron guided us through the procedure of buying the car. Thank you Ron, you truly made this a wonderful experience.
Then we are greeted by Mark, the "get it done" man. He was top notch. You could honestly tell that he runs around that dealership making sure he can do what needs to be done for the customer. He worked to make this deal and without haggling or "nickle and diming" the deal. I told him my budget, and he made sure he stayed within that range. Within a short time, he got our answers and made the deal a reality. Thank you Mark, I truly trusted you.
Then the next man, Moises, I need to thank and apologize. I gave him a run for his money because my time on that particular day was limited. He was professional, thorough and tried everything he could to stay within my range. He succeeded. I was offered a package I could not deny on a vehicle I could not walk away from. Thank you Moises for your professionalism, even though I was a little testy. LOL.
In summary, I write reviews to help the general public get the best service by a company. I also write reviews so that the companies who employ these type of individuals can be appreciative of the people they employ. I believe, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customers. That was certainly the case here. AutoNation needs to be aware of the employees that make them outstanding and whom the public can trust. I am thoroughly happy with my purchase, my terms and the way we were treated. I received an email that stated "Welcome to the family" and I think that pretty much summarizes how we were treated. If there were others involved behind the scenes that I was not aware of, they need to be thanked as well.
Truly place where your business matters and they strive to make the customer happy. I will be a life long customer and will recommend them to all I know in the car buying mode. Thank you AutoNation, I am very happy and grateful
