At Maher, people make mistakes - HoneyBee
My car was damaged at Maher when their service tech test drove it. Maher kept it for 3 weeks and then refused to correct issues the car did not have before their accident. I knew Maher had dishonest sales people. One posted online reviews of my car purchase and signed my name. Now, after over a decade of recommending Maher's service folks, I no longer trust them. Maher's general manager told me "people make mistakes." His people make a LOT of mistakes and he won't correct them. Other people should avoid my mistake of doing business with Maher Chevrolet.

I came in on a Saturday to trade my 2015 Malibu that i had purchased from Dimmitt new in 2015 so i am a loyal customer I was so upside down in this vehicle and they didn't want to give me nothing for this car i couldn't get the deal to work I wanted a Impala and they were trying to sell me a fully loaded Malibu which isnt what i wanted then they send sales manager over who was totally unprofessional trying to convince me that paying $580 a month for a freakin Malibu was the best deal they could get me saying we are giving you so much in incentives like they were doing me this big favor Needless to say i walked out and i will never do business with them again

I called to discuss some advertising literature I received in the mail. As soon as I mentioned the literature appeared to be somewhat misleading...Mr. Allison became rude, condescending, and abruptly hung up on me. I will never buy from them as a result of his actions, not to mention the deliberate misleading advertising aimed at getting you on their lot. I know, I know...all dealerships do it to a point...but this was by far the most sleazy piece of mail I have ever received from a car lot. It is certainly not conducive to establishing trust between a potential buyer and the dealership. As a result of this...if you are going to buy from them I would suggest that you get everything in writing.
