Charlie was awesome! - Mazdacx9
Charlie Epting sold us the CX-9. He was very patient with us since this was our 3rd visit. He was so knowledgeable about this vehicle and very thorough in explaining all the details of the Grand Touring. From the test drive and the whole sale process, he was very professional!

Great purchasing experience! - chris_o
After doing thorough research on our vehicle, it was a smooth transaction going from internet sales, scheduling the appointment, being greeted at the door, test drive, infotainment system setup, and then financing. It was a breeze! All your staff was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and not pushy at all. It was by far our most positive car buying experience we’ve ever had!
Great - Carol444

My wifes dream car - Stevewid1
Chris Neumann is the only salesman I will deal with and have been for 25 years. I drove 350 miles from the Keys to buy the car. A yellow RS Camaro with all options includind leather intrrior. The right price he makes it happen.
Getting a return phone call is next to impossible - JoeG
I have called several times trying to get information on my cars service history. I can never seem to get a hold of a service person that can help. Customer service keeps telling m that someone will call me back but that never happens. I’m not calling to complain, I’m just trying to get the service history on the car that was service there. Wow, if I can’t get a return call for that I can’t imagine ever trying to get through if I really had a problem.
Stay Away! You Can Thank Me Later!!! - Mary S
I walked into this dealership with approved financing. I presented my approval with reference number immediately and told them exactly what I wanted to spend. We then looked at their inventory and sales prices before going on the lot as I did not want to look at anything over the amount that I was willing to spend. After finding my car, I was told I would need a co-signer. Excuse me?? I came in with GUARANTEED FINANCING. They dropped that game after I told them they were crazy. They then presented me with a sales price $6000 over the amount I wanted to spend ( I was VERY up front with that number in order to not waste time). After two hours of the salesman running back and forth between me and the sales management, and pressure from the salesman with lines like, "I gave up a guaranteed sale to work with you tonight, you deserve this car", etc. They presented a number that was $3000 more than I was willing to spend. I told him if they would take off $1000, I would be willing to do the deal even though I was about $2000 over where I wanted to be. It was late at that point and I was told that due to the banks closing, we would have to finish the following night. I went back the following afternoon and was told we were all set. After waiting over an hour, I was finally walked back to the finance department with Fernando. Fernando then presented the paperwork to me and the price went up another $3500 from what they presented to me the night before. So now I was almost $6000 over my original amount, He proceeded to belittle me, talk over me, and tried to convince me that I should be happy with this deal. He also did not want to use my prearranged financing, but was pushing me to use GM. Their interest rate was 3% higher than my financing. Who would agree to that? Save yourself all of the frustration and time wasted that I experienced. I walked out, drove straight to another local Chevy dealership and in less than 24 hours, I purchased the exact same car at a great price using my financing.

Buyers Beware ! New or Used. Worst Experience ever ! Not good to their word. We are happy with the vehicle but not the folks that own or manage it ! Also, going to refer our concerns to Corporate Chevrolet.
I called to discuss some advertising literature I... - dantampa
I called to discuss some advertising literature I received in the mail. As soon as I mentioned the literature appeared to be somewhat misleading...Mr. Allison became rude, condescending, and abruptly hung up on me. I will never buy from them as a result of his actions, not to mention the deliberate misleading advertising aimed at getting you on their lot. I know, I know...all dealerships do it to a point...but this was by far the most sleazy piece of mail I have ever received from a car lot. It is certainly not conducive to establishing trust between a potential buyer and the dealership. As a result of this...if you are going to buy from them I would suggest that you get everything in writing.
