I phoned on Monday for advice on getting brand new windshield sensors recalibrated. They told me I could drop it off and leave it on Tues. I did and they were, literally, top notch and on their game! I didn't buy there as I'm from MA but needed to get a few things looked at before my Thursday drive back. They called me 2x to discuss the needed services, found a nail in the tire, fixed it and recalibrated all sensors. Top notch service! I wish I had these folks at home!

My 19 year old daughter bought a used Audi TT from Gator Ford. Within a day and a half the engine light came on. Being an expensive car to fix, she was rightfully panicked considering it was an “as is” purchase. She returned to the dealership hoping they would help her. Not only did they listen and diagnose but they fixed the over $700 problem at no charge to her. This is unheard of in a typical used car environment. I’m truly impressed with sales who footed the bill and with Gary, service manager and DW who were nothing but accommodating, honest and reassuring. Thank you Gator Ford.

I waited 3 hours at the dealership to spend $350 for a replacement key fob for my F150! I took them 30 minutes just to check me in for my appointment. After 2 hours I asked them why it was taking so long to get a replacement key and they told me it was "programming" and that it was lunch time. I pointed out that my appointment was at 11:00, and I had hoped to get the key before mid-afternoon.
Terrible customer service. I will never take my truck in for service at this dealership.
