Other than leaving the lot with less than a 1/4 of tank of gas all was great with Miranda! FYI, My Mother in law worked with Byrider/CNAC in the 90's and she told me that her facility always did their due diligence to make sure there was at the very least 1/2 tank of gas if no full tank of gas for buying a car. Just think that if you secure a loan with them for 4 or so years, you should at leave have gas to drive on for a full week?? The Jeep had less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas by the way.

I purchased a Mercedes-Benz a 2003 C240 from Daniel who apparently coded the car because I wasn't 3 mi from there and it come up with 3 malfunction upon taking it to a Mercedes-Benz auto mechanic whom then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take $2,200 to put the car in good working order Along with having to put new tires 600.00 and a new headliner 450.00. Of which I did not mind the tires and headliner. However it needed a great deal more than those 2 items. The control arms were shot, it needed valve cover gaskets , alignment, along with many other things. After I paid Daniel top dollar for the car and now I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in reference to my title transfer and my sticker for my tag that I was charged $220 for so as far as I'm concerned that dealership is nothing but a xxxx rip off he knew he coded that car before I got there so when I drove it it didn't show any codes at all and then all of a sudden three malfunctions pop up so yeah as far as I'm concerned they're xxxx rip off and I sure would like to get my sticker for my tag and my title where the xxxx are they at I purchased the car a month and a half or two months ago and haven't seen anything so apparently they just pocketed that money as well. So if the owner reads this please let me know that I have not gotten my sticker for my tag and my title. I guess its time to report them to DMV, along with contacting my attorney. They are a xxxx poor company to do business with.

I purchased a truck last Saturday. While test driving the truck the check engine light came on. Code was for a misfire cylinder 2. They told me it was the coil pack and they would replace it. I left the vehicle with them to repair and returned on Monday evening to pick it up. They said all done. Took it home and drove to work on Tuesday morning (3 miles). After work I was driving back home and the check engine light came on again. Same code, same cylinder. Called Robyn. She said their service crew wouldn't be able to look at it until Wednesday. I took it to a private mechanic who tested the coil packs. Turns out it is the Cam Shaft that needs to be replaced. About $3,500 to have this done. I sent Robyn and email to let her know.No response from Robyn.
I went to dealer this Saturday and spoke with Robyn. in person She said there is nothing they would do. that there was not enough money in it for them to do so. The contract has that they owe me a coil pack for code. As she has written it on the We owe form. Yes, I assume they installed a new coil pack but it didn't fix the problem. I am pursuing lawyer as they had to have know that the vehicle had an issue that went beyond a coil pack. I have put Less than 30 miles on it since I purchased.

First, let me say, I take some responsibility for my poor buying experience. I should have walked out several times and I consider myself more adept at car buying. I usually have everything resolved before even arriving at the dealership. When I arrived and walked in with my mask on, not a single person in the entire dealership was wearing a mask. Now, this may not be an issue to many, but as a business, it was unconscionable. I was told that they "social distanced", but two people walked up to me within a foot or two, maskless. But, I went out and looked at the cars. The salesman could tell I was concerned, so he wore a bandana. I knew what I wanted, so it was really only an issue about the price, which I had more or less researched, on the dealers website, prior to arrival.
After agreeing on the car, the manager came out to check my trade in and offered $3000 less than what was on the website. During "negotiations" I said I preferred to stay outside, since, again, everyone inside was maskless.
He came back out, said he found "a buyer" for my car and then offered a lease price $50/month higher than the advertised price. When he said it wasn't true, I showed him the ad in black and white. He came back again, with me waiting outside, and gave a price that I thought was fair, but since I was outside and not really sitting and able to really review the offer, turned out not to be what I thought. It wasn't until all the papers were signed and I didn't get a check back for my trade, that I realized I didn't get the deal I expected.
The only positive is that, as expected, my wife really likes the car. But I will look for somewhere else to get it serviced and will not do business with any other Gettel dealership.

Bought what I thought was a Mint quality jaguar off that Lying xxxxxxx Sean McLaughlin 2 months ago. Instead of driving this vehicle and enjoying it, it is sitting in a body shop getting a bunch of new front end parts including a bumper and headlight! That piece of xxxx McLaughlin sold me a car that was involved in a front end collision with noticeable damage and sold it as Like New condition. After I told him about it he wouldn’t do Anything to compensate me for it ! The car couldn’t pass a state safety inspection the way it left there facility! Beware buying from this place And Sean McLaughlin !!!!!!

Shady Business Practices. I was purchasing a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from out of state and went through all of the financing etc. My credit was pulled 2x once by the dealership and once by the financing company. I was told by the finance manager I have great credit and the vehicle was locked in and mine. I told him I was even willing to put 5-10K down over the phone but was told they do not do that. They said they would put the financing paperwork in the mail that day (Wednesday) and the vehicle was not going anywhere. The next day (Thursday) I did not receive the paperwork in the mail, So Friday at 9am I called my sales rep to ask what was going on. He informed me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else Thursday evening. I asked him how could this be when I was told the vehicle was being held, my credit was pulled and the paperwork was in the mail. I was told it was his managers decision. I asked for the manager to give me a call. Upon receiving this call the first words out of the manager mouth were "You should be glad you did not purchase that vehicle, let me explain" Then goes on to tell me that it had Transmission issues and shudders when shifting between gears. Then tells me that there were metal shavings in the transmission fluid. So either they sold this car out from under me to someone else and their were not any issues and he is trying to cover his @$$ or he was going to sell me/ sold someone else a vehicle with transmission issues. Either way shady business practices. I do not recommend working with this dealership as you cannot trust them!

I Icalled to inquire about a vehicle that was just received with photos or price. They gave me a price on 2008 BMW 750 LI for $14500 by salesman. They do credit application over the phone Run my credit at least 10-15 times 4-5 days go by I never received a call back on credit application. I called back talk to manager. The price of car now goes up $1000 instantly. I called on the price increase and the manager says he will honor original price I was given Red flags all around. This dealership has moved from 4 locations in Sarasota in past 2 years. Original on rte 41 to bee ridge to rte 301 and now on stickney pioint. Now they are calling their dealership on the website Luxury Auto. This is shady operation. Stay away. I never got approved on loan I do not think. I never got a return call. Just many excuses. Warning. Shop elsewhere. Check past reviews.

This place is definitely the best repair shop I have come across so far. The work was always done perfectly and was very reasonably priced. Nothing was ever over-charged, nothing was ever missed. I will always bring all my vehicles here and only here for any repair or maintenance.

Not too long ago I wanted my CD/Radio replaced. "Oh, we can't get those anymore. Go to someone like Mad Marks." I did and they cracked my dash because they didn't know how to work on the car. Just had CV joint replaced. It is covered under the Fidelity Insurance policy I bought from them and whichmtheynhave a record of and have used numerous times without me prompting them. When I brought it to their attention they said that because they had rub my credit card through already I had to file the claim. They just act like they don't give a xxxx. Will never set foot in the dealership again.
