I was communicating with Timmy in the internet department initially and she placed me with Karl upon arrival. She helped in the negotiation of the certified pre-owned MDX I purchased. They were patient with me and wanted to make the deal work for my budget. Even though the vehicle was not completely serviced and ready for delivery the day I purchased, they made accommodations so that I could drive a dealership vehicle over the weekend until the one I purchased was fully serviced and detailed. Karl drove the vehicle to me in Jacksonville after a couple days and personally made sure I was pleased at delivery. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would recommend Timmy, Karl and Steven to my friends and family. We will be back again!

It is true that people tend to leave a review when they have a bad experience and not say word when they have a good one. I had a good experience with Volvo of Ocala and would like to set the record straight about them.
They are not perfect, just like no dealership is perfect, but they do care about the customer's experience and they do offer some great deals. Rob, the sales manager, went out of his way to try to make sure that my experience was a good one. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Mega Cab from this dealer.
The price was fair but not a steal. It has a clean carfax. After a few days I noticed the paint on the hood and passenger fender didn't match. Looking further the whole passenger side and the drivers side bed up to the rear door had been repainted. I'm not an expert car or a paint guy so with the whole side painted one color I didn't notice after I had it for a few days. This truck has a clean carfax yet the whole passenger side has been painted. I contacted Ali and he said there were a few scratches so he had it painted. I find it hard to believe that a few scratches equals painting 3/4's of the truck. He told me I looked at it and still bought and there was nothing he was going to do about it. Now I have a truck that's worth thousands less and will never know what's really been done under that paint. So I guess you can't trust a clean carfax report. If you're going to purchase damaged vehicles and resell them at least use a quality painter that can match paint.
It also had Sirius XM and when I made a comment asking if it was from previous owner he went along with it and said just listen till it runs out. Apparently he wasn't telling the truth about that since I started receiving emails from XM a week later asking to subscribe because my trial will run out. All he had to say was he put a trial subscription on it. I know it's not that big of a deal but it's the principal.
This shows the integrity of this dealer. Guess if you don't get caught it's ok.
I'm totally not happy with this truck. Of course I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from Ali.

They Were Good Until We Began Asking Questions - carshopper777
I was shopping around for a new car and was considering a 2005 Toyota Highlander. We met with Joe, one of the salespersons, who at first, was very kind and helpful. I test drove the car, and then went home to think about it. After talking it over with my mother and husband, I returned and test drove the car again. My husband was concerned about a few things with the car, particularly the brakes did not seem to be good, it needed an alignment as it pulled to one side, and the engine had the smell of burning oil after turning it off. My husband had to go to work, so I asked my brother, who is in Alabama, to call and ask a few questions about the car.
He spoke with Joe, who at first was friendly. However, as my brother kept asking questions, Joe got really nasty, and snapped "Why don't you come see the car yourself!" When my brother told him he was in Alabama and that is why he was asking the questions, Joe said that was not his problem. When my brother asked for the carfax specifically, Joe gave him an Auto Check report, which is similar but not the same, and then claimed he had said Auto Check all along. All in all, Joe was nice on the surface, but once we started asking questions, he showed his true colors. I will not return to Goebel's.
