I have purchased two vehicles from this company and have never had any issues with getting my car serviced. I recently purchased from a different Chevy dealer and the last 2 times trying to get it services on a Saturday (because I work all week) at Vann Gannaway it has been a serious issue. I even offered to drop my car off Friday at 4:30 pm (because I work) and pick it up before closing Saturday. I was told that there was no guarantee that it would be completed. Very disappointed and aggravated with the lady that I spoke to on the phone. I should not have to make an appointment to have my car serviced.

Everyone loves a dealership that treats customers like a friendly neighbor and not just another shopper. I cannot say enough about George Nahas Chevrolet. The staff is beyond all expectations in every department and every way. I am committed to them out of great love and respect for REAL PEOPLE and a REAL DEALERSHIP.
Hands down the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever... - marinevet
Hands down the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales manager and Salesman are completely disrespectful. I called the salesman Dave Vancellette and told him that we were driving an HOUR AND HALF to come buy a car. I asked him if someone comes in to purchase the car we wanted to purchase to please let us know. After our hour and half drive we arrive to see that someone else was buying the car. The salesman lied and said the guy had “JUST SHOWN UP” however the other customer had already test drove the car, had his car appraised and was working a deal on the car we drove an hour and forty five min to look at. When I asked to please speak to the manager “which was only 10 feet away in a clear glass office so he could see us he sat in his chair looking at us and playing on his phone!!! I asked the salesman “is your manager not going to even talk to me....he responded with a short “no” and when I asked what his name was he said “Joseph” and I asked him Joseph what......he said “Joesph Clark, as in Cecil CLARK Chevrolet”!!!!!!! Can you believe that someone obviously who’s family with a dealerships name won’t get out of his seat to greet a guest in his dealership and will sit on his phone!! I truly HOPE someone else in his family watches security tapes after reading this to verify the way their dealership is being ran. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We didn’t drive an hour and half to kick tires. We came to buy. All the salesman had to do was call us and let us know someone was most likely going to buy. We would’ve respected that so much more and had come back and purchased should the other guest not bought. STAY AWAY FROM CECIL CLARK CHEVROLET!!!
Rock stars of Dealers - Billy Hendrix
My Wife and I have been to several different dealerships looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have had the Shock N Aw to the puppy dog making us feel guilty and to the angry for not buying from them. I was expecting the same thing here since this was our first time visit. Boy were we wrong, the sales people here cant be compared to any other dealership. The sales people actually treat and speak to you like your part of the family and they play no games, insult you or degrade you. We purchased our new vehicle last night and it felt like it was a purchase from a from a family member. The people here are truly the rock stars of dealerships and the sales profession.
