I just started in market for buying used truck saw one online and asked for information and pricing. I did not want to go to dealership unless things, price, etc were within budget so sent request about vehicle and did get a quote. I had asked about interior and they did not have any and vehicle was not at this location. I examined the quote and replied bit out of budget, (sales tax was 6.8% suppose to be 6.5%, dealer fee now added 799. and tag transfer over 200) I also started looking at other dealerships but did reply back they were over budget and when i found another I just informed them that price was to high and in-turn got an email back asking why did i even bother asking about their truck and even said vehicle i had sent was not even available at other dealership which was totally incorrect. I do not due business with unprofessional dealers who insult the customer and so informed them but wanted to make sure others are aware, price the say is not the price you pay, watch all calculations sales tax etc as seems that is an easy way for them to pocket more monies over and above the 799.00 dealer fee and profit built in to overpriced vehicles. Note 799 was for oil and filter change and detailing...You judge if that is reasonable!

Dear Matthew McConaughey you will be ashamed to have participated in Lincoln TV commercials (I know, I don't blame you, they paid you a lot dollars to you speak well of them), but here in Central Florida Lincoln Orlando, the owner and the service manager are two shameless. They canceled my new recall appointment now for NHTSA 20V072 scheduled several days in advance and told me personally that they would not perform the service for me. I don't know if it was the racial profile or because I complained to NHTSA and FTC US consumers about the last recall that was not done well. Perhaps both, I was mistreated and humiliated by the sales manager. They have the power to implode themselves.
Until yesterday, November 20, 2020, I just wanted an honest repair of the previous service and this new recall.
As of yesterday, he entered another field. I recorded with my cell phone when he informed me the service cancellation and asked me to leave the store for my own safety.
Lincoln was once a good vehicle, the quality of many products used at manufacture is of terrible quality. And people working in the whole system as well.

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.
