Every time I took my car in they messed up/damaged something else and were argumentative about it. Replacing seat cushion they damaged B pillar and then argued about it. When they agreed to replace the B pillar didn't order the part for three weeks. The drivers seat also had rocking motion to it when I got it back that they did not address for over a month. They refused to fix rear defrost even when I showed them a picture of it not functioning. They said it was getting current so it must be working - despite a picture showing only half of it worked. They never provided me with a courtesy vehicle and since it is a GM Certified Used vehicle I am suppose to get one. The service Manager even took the liberty of telling me I "look mean".
After terrible Customer Service that I was told "happens all the time" he had the audacity to say "damn you look mean".
