Jonshir was a fantastic sales consultant. He texted with me for days answering all my questions without badgering me to come into the dealership. When I got there the rest of the team was great. Larry was an amazing sales manager. Not pushy or sleezy. Alex was great in finance. He was upfront and honest about what he thought I really needed. Sooo when I went to drivers way, I was so excited to be getting a Jeep. My wife bought her Jeep about a year ago and she loved it, so did I! I get to Drivers Way and I spot her and she spots me, lol! The Jeep of my dreams and in my price range! David is the sales guy I was working with (he sold my wife her Jeep as well) he was great! But the Jeep not so much! You know the phrase “looks can be deceiving” well it has been! First week of having my Jeep both batteries had to be replaced! Well, I let it ride because my I had already fallen in love with my Jeep. My car was in the shop for a week and a half. Next, a part on the side of my Jeep is loose. So I called and they have to order the part for it! Now, my heat is not getting hot and not blowing, so it has to go back to the shop tomorrow, where they will provide me with a courtesy car, which means they may have it for a few days🤦🏽♀️ My Jeep will have been in the shop more times than I have been able to drive it at this point. I know the vehicles are covered for 3months after purchase but it is disappointing to have all these issues, when I just bought the car a month ago! I left messages with the manager about my issues, haven’t heard from he/she. Everybody has been nice, but again, I’m having to many issues with my “new” Jeep that is supposed to have had a 360 detailed check. Just disappointing! The three stars is for the Jeep not David or any other associate I have come Across. I am also having to take my Jeep back to the shop for a third time Wednesday of this week because the heat still isn’t working after it was released to me last time and more parts have had to be ordered to address more cosmetic issues. Mrs Freddy in there service department has been very nice. Again, it’s not the people I have come across but ALL the issues (big or small) that I am having. The Jeep is mine now so I will bring it in as many times as needed to get things fixed. I will be more careful when purchasing a used car again... if I do! I would only recommend because my wife had a good experience when she bought her Jeep.

Very friendly and efficient! I drove for 5 hours from NE TN for a very particular truck. They allowed me to do everything but put ink to paper over the phone. Brady made sure everything was ready to go when we got there. A quick test drive and 10 minutes of paperwork with Lauren, and we were out of there. Chad was great with working our trade in. I think everyone there made it home in time to watch the Bama game! I will definitely recommend others to get their next vehicle here. The pricing is great!

Bought a BMW in December. Contacted Lance and told him check engine light was on day 3- now laying $500 in repairs with no help from the dealership. I was instructed with a. YouTube video to reset the check engine light. I had to be towed home twice last week and was never informed of the dealership having a service department until their rude manager contacted me after I had the vehicle 30 days and there was nothing they can do. I was told I should’ve done my homework and they were BMW certified. I was told incorrectly about how or where I could charge the car and now my reviews and post on their Facebook has been deleted bc they want to deceive people. Currently I have no vehicle because it has been at BMW yet As well as being inconvenienced by not being able to go to work without transportation. Poor customer service and lack of communication/empathy for their customers.

Hi I took my Jeep Cherokee here for 2 recalls. Driving home that night, my car starting acting crazy. It was speeding when I wanted it to stop and lunging periodically when driving. I called the service department to discuss. They were concerned and wanted me to get it back to them right away. Due to my work schedule, it would have been 4 days before I could get it to them. The service department came to my work and picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to me. They didn't want me driving around with the car acting so nutty. They indicated the recall had malfunctioned and repeated the recall procedure followed by a test drive to make sure all was ok. Thanks for the extra effort to make sure my car was corrected.

Peter the owner of High line Imports claimed to perform a state "safety-inspection" on the car my wife and I purchased from them --- and they put a state safety sticker on it --- but the car they sold us had a hole in the exhaust requiring $400 in exhaust repairs. It broke down after an hour because "it looked like no one ever changed the oil" according to our mechanic. The junk in the oil pan caused a camshaft sensor to be filled with sludge and the Oxygen sensor was burned out, costing another $600. This dealer is simply a licensed curb seller, flipping dirt cheap used cars at high profit without doing a single thing to see that they are mechanically safe and in decent shape.

Be very cautious buying a vehicle from this location, I bought a 2008 bmw 535i from them and 2 days later the engine started knocking, and the engine is completely ruined. They were not concerned that I paid cash $6000 and the car is ruined. They just said sorry about it. Hope it gets better. Be VERY CAUTIOUS DOING BUSINESS HERE.

After a couple of weeks of letting this settle, I am still drawn to post my review. Our experience with Hendrick was nothing short of HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! If Sean is the sales manager, RUN or at minimum (if you just absolutely have to get a car from them) look for someone else. I do believe "initially" he tried to be helpful but in the end, his disgusting attitude and manipulation of numbers revealed that he was a true xxxxxxxx sales rep. Please do not believe anything he/they say or write on paper as its all a bunch of LIES. Manipulation of numbers, intentionally omitting information, agreeing to certain items and then "forgetting" about the agreement are just a few of the things we incurred. They also sold the car we placed a deposit on - (Wow right! Again another xxxxxxxx sales rep move). I would not be surprised if he (or someone from the so called "management" team) comment poorly to my review as this is what I have noticed after reading other reviews. Also after several voicemails requesting to speak to management, I still have yet to receive a phone call; which also shows you the level of customer service this facility provides. I almost hate that I have to leave even 1 star here, but then again maybe I should be saying Thank you because as soon as we looked elsewhere, we were able to find a WAY WAY WAY better deal. A Nicer jeep with WAY more then we were looking for an WAY less then the crap Hendricks was offering. SO all in all this was a blessing in disguise. I'm only posting this as a buyer beware. They will only give you pennies off of the AWP and almost with an arrogant attitude. They will try to shift things around to make it appear as if you are getting a deal. Adding on to "marketing" pieces such as door guards and nitrogen tires (a bunch of crap to inflate the numbers - no one needs this mess). TIPS: When negotiating, focus on each individual component and DO NOT let them try to bunch it all together (Discount with down payment with xyz). Ask for free oil change/ service. Ask for military discounts ($500). Ask for a freaking free keychain because that's the least they could do. And most importantly, SHOP AROUND!!!! Don't be afraid to look out of state. I have never ever in all of my car buying days experienced such horrible service and never will I again. Thanks Hendricks for a lesson learned.
