If I could write this place 0 stars I would. Scheduled a service visit for my 3 week old truck and despite being given a scheduled time I was told they wouldn't be able to look at it for three to four days and couldn't provide any rental or courtesy vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous for a brand new vehicle. I will be driving to Hoover or Birmingham for any future service. Edit to add: Called Long-Lewis in Hoover, got an appointment the next day with guaranteed courtesy vehicle. Most pleasant change from the above experience at Tuscaloosa Ford. Will be using them exclusively. The customer experience difference is every bit worth the extra drive.

The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is because of Shelia Myers, the amazing sales consultant and Tim Braineard, the sales manager. They went above and beyond in making sure my friend left the lot with his vehicle. Their patience and positive attitudes were greatly appreciated. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task in and of itself, but throw in Mark Eachus, the General Manager who is a condescending jerk with an intimidating presence - definitely not something/someone a potential car buyer wants to deal with. I can’t imagine the number of people he has run off (car buyers and employees) while holding this position.

Wesley was great. I told him what I wanted and he found it and made the whole buying experience great. Tim and Tom helped us a lot with a GAP claim and really stayed on top of it until it was a done deal. I recommend Baugh Ford if you are looking for a vehicle. They were very helpful and super nice to work with.

I work at a different dealership where we have an excellent reputation for customer service - however, I purchased from Fred at Town & Country because they had a great vehicle at a great price and Fred made it so very easy. I interacted with several other employees while I was there and all of them were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Fred and Town & Country!

One star is too high. I had my 2013 escape towed in September of 2020. . They said it was the BCM and would cost $650. I agreed. A month later it is still there. They could not program the BCM. They said $400 to trouble shoot. I agreed. said the Ford engineer was needed. Month three it still don’t drive. They said $4000 and they would replace the PCM. I said I would pay for the parts that fixed it, but not guess work. I requested they tow it to another dealership with a competent service department. They refused. Now it’s still there 3/21. They said get it ($665) or they will count it abandoned. I bought a Chevy. I will never own another Ford. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. CANNOT REPAIR THEIR CARS. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

The dealership has changed ownership several times in recent years. The current line up is HORRIBLE! The service manager in particular. He insulted my wife and lied about the work he did to my vehicle. My brand new vehicle, I'd only had for six months was requiring repairs. Based on what I've seen I would not buy or have anything serviced from these people they are incompetent and rude. Makes me regret buying a having traded a Hyundai for a Ford.

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I've had! Chad helped me out in making the decision to make a purchase and Sal was great with the financing! Awesome, friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone!
