Poor service when I had appt and took 1.5 hrs for simple oil change. I had appt for certain time and when I got there he said I had 2 cars ahead of me. That didn’t fly with me.

I tried to get a "pre-purchase" inspection on a local vehicle that I am looking to purchase from out of state. I have done this at multiple Toyota dealers around the country with never a problem. I called ahead and arranged the inspection with J.B. When the owner showed up this morning with the vehicle, they refused to do the inspection, even after I called them and tried once again to explain what I needed them to do. I am the paying customer, and they still refused. I have owned three Toyota vehicles over the years, but I wouldn't take one there for service under any circumstances.

We sold our vehicle (outright) to this dealership (Limbaugh Toyota). There was a loan balance on the vehicle that was paid up to date. However, we were owed the difference between the loan balance and sale price of the the vehicle. The vehicle was sold to Limbaugh on September 12 and as of October 2 we have not been paid. They have sold our vehicle but have not paid us a dime. Also, the response from this dealership has been arrogant and rude. Please be careful with this dealership.

I have had the worst service experience from Tuscaloosa service department ever! To the point that I’ve had my son to purchase a Nissan. I’m at the the point of trading my 2018 RAV4 in on a Honda. Because of the service department. Which I purchased NEW.
