We live in FL and our vehicle broke down near this dealership, however the tow company was unable to get the vehicle to the dealership before closing time, yet the service and attention that we received from both Miles and Keith in your service department was beyond outstanding. They took ownership of our situation and did everything in their power to assist us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They really made us feel like they truly cared about our situation and were willing, and happy to help. I am glad we were fortunate enough to have their assistance. If we lived in the area, we would make Toyota of the Shoals our dealer of choice, and all thanks to the excellent service both Miles and Keith rendered. Thank you!!!

TERRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTING test drive experience and 2 hours of wasted for my daughter and my wife today at Serra Toyota of Decatur. My daughter is starting her car buying search and wanted to try the RAV-4 and take advantage of a "Free $100 gift card" certificate we received in the mail from Serra Toyota as Serra Customers (we bought 1 Toyota from them and regularly have all 3 of our Toyotas serviced from them - maybe this needs to change). My daughter was extremely excited about the test drive and the appraisal of her current car ..... until they gave her the "Gift Card". Rather than being $100 that she could legitimately spend to buy anything she needed, the "Gift Card" was actually 4 $25 "Gift Cards" to specific stores at eOutletstores.com . Products are all a bunch of junk that we don't want. SHAME ON YOU, SERRA TOYOTA! What a TERRIBLE standard to set with and disappointment to give to ANY customer, let-alone 5-year customers who spend major dollars with you on service and who have already bought a car from you. This follows on the heels of a year and a half of sketchy service quality experiences at the Decatur location. Service seems to be improving slowly, but overall our view is that these people just don't care about the customer. Hopefully this review warns anyone who thinks they will get conveniently spendable dollars in return for their time and attention.

I bought a used car with this dealership and was told the car to as given a though check I have also had it served though there. I took it in for a oil change at a different place only to find out both my drive axles have been bad for awhile. It has been less than 3 months since I had it in their shop and was told everything was good. Since purchasing the car less than 6 months ago I have had to replace brakes( which I was told were fine) the alternator, and coils. I was assured upon purchlace of this vehicle that everything was good and upon servicing things were good. The technician informed me this was not a new issue that this issue had been going bon for a long time. I feel like I was sold a car simply so the salesman could make a commission. I informed them I was on a limited income and couldn't afford alot of repairs yet that is all I have had since the purchase of the vehicle I am very disatisfied with the quality of service and honesty of this company.

After buying our new car, it's took two months almost and still no paperwork sent to get our tag. They keep calling saying their bank needs "more info" after we already turned our income in, and a $10,000 down payment. I have had to hire an attorney to handle this nonsense with this dealership! Do not purchase from this place unless you want a never ending headache!!
