Luckily it was still under warranty so we took it to a Chevrolet dealership just to find out the part needed was on national back order and would/could take weeks to get in. Bought a car and two days later the check engine light came on and took it back and drove it for two days and the same thing happened. They told me to bring it back but wouldn't guarantee they would pay for it to be fixed.

Well I can certainly see why this dealership is rated so low as I add to the low ratings. I have one word - LAZY. They don't care if you buy from them. They do not return phone calls, they do not email you back in a timely fashion. They certainly bring the other DriveTime dealerships down. Do not waste your time with these half-a$$ salesmen. Customer service is non-existent.

I have went back to centerpoint auto auction after ten years.. then the manager JIM approached me and told me o I asked him to show me the papers or invoices where it shows that I owe this money and for what.. he reply to me saying they don't have or keep records from that long ago but I remember very well that I owe this money.. and asked me to never come back.. even though I am a newly registered customer over their and never been kicked out from any place before
