Just bought our third car from these guys and they are always excellent to deal with. They got me a great deal and got me into a brand new 2019 Crosstrek. Very helpful and very knowledgeable! I also wanted some accessories to go on my car and unfortunately I didn’t know about the option of rolling those into your monthly payment until after I had finalized everything, but they were able to get me a good deal on what I needed as far as the accessories go and Kim in parts was awesome and super helpful! Overall, I will definitely be back. I would definitely buy from them again! Kevin was awesome! If you’re looking for a new Subaru, then definitely come see these guys.

Our experience was top notch from the outset. Our sales associate, Genna Cecil, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patiently worked us through the sales process, helping us to define our options and ultimately settle on the perfect vehicle for our needs. Although we didn’t specifically work with them, the other sales staff were equally courteous and helpful. The final (discounted) price for the vehicle was fair and the paperwork was a snap. We could not be happier with our decision to buy our vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for vehicles of that type.

I came in to get my car mileage reader looked at as I was told by Service to do upon calling because I put gas in my car and the mileage did not go up. I arrived at 8 am, 10:30 comes around, 3 other customers that came in after me get their cars before me as I’m still sitting and waiting. Finally I get up to inquire on what’s going on with my car. The gentleman in service that checked me in looked very confused and unaware of what was going on really. Then, Mr. Ward comes over to assist the gentleman in explaining to me what is going on with my car. Mr. Ward proceeds to explain that my mileage reading is an “estimate” based upon my habits of driving the vehicle. I tell him ( as he proceeds to walk away from me back to his station) that I have never once heard of this. He explains with the new systems that that is how they work. I tell him regardless of it being an estimate or whatever he wants to refer to it as, if gas is put in the car, that the mileage should increase. Mr. Ward begins rolling his eyes while I’m talking and proceeds to tell me that he does not get paid to stand and talk with me for 30 minutes. Nissan does not pay him to do that and he has other customers waiting. Talk about unprofessional! Apparently if it’s not making Mr.Ward any money he doesn’t care to hear about it or help. I reported this incident to management and was assured they would take care of the situation. Hopefully no other customer will ever have to go through or be treated in the manner in which I was.

Luckily it was still under warranty so we took it to a Chevrolet dealership just to find out the part needed was on national back order and would/could take weeks to get in. Well I can certainly see why this dealership is rated so low as I add to the low ratings. I have one word - LAZY. They don't care if you buy from them. They do not return phone calls, they do not email you back in a timely fashion. They certainly bring the other DriveTime dealerships down. Do not waste your time with these half-a$$ salesmen. Customer service is non-existent.

Bought a car and two days later the check engine light came on and took it back and drove it for two days and the same thing happened. They told me to bring it back but wouldn't guarantee they would pay for it to be fixed.

I have went back to centerpoint auto auction after ten years.. then the manager JIM approached me and told me o I asked him to show me the papers or invoices where it shows that I owe this money and for what.. he reply to me saying they don't have or keep records from that long ago but I remember very well that I owe this money.. and asked me to never come back.. even though I am a newly registered customer over their and never been kicked out from any place before

I have always found the parts department staff to be helpful in getting the correct parts along with useful tips and advice. Chris Engels of the parts department has many times offered suggestions on possible solutions to problems which have led me in the right direction. This guidance is invaluable when problems may have multiple causes. It is definitely above and beyond his job description. I appreciate the service.
