We had a great experience purchasing a 2021 Subaru Outback Limited from Landers McLarty. Highly recommend working with Sarah Hernandez; she listened to what we wanted/needed. Great communication. She was knowledgeable and professional, not at all pushy or high pressure like so many other salespeople can be. SARAH is the person to see. The whole transaction went better than we imagined it would/could. Picked up car on Saturday because we had some interior trim pieces swapped out and all the adjustments and requests needed tending to. On Saturday, Sarah had to leave work unexpectedly , so AMARI Hamm (another sales associate) did the walk through with us. Amari was fantastic, too. During the final inspection, we noticed a few cosmetic blemishes, and Amari and a man Brian Klie got those taken care of. It was just some minor glue residue from where that car was wrapped for transportation. Brian buffed it and a minor surface scratch out. As we were talking, we learned that Brian was the General Manager for the dealership! Thank you to Sarah, Amari, and Brian’s team for taking care of everything. Very friendly and efficient! I drove for 5 hours from NE TN for a very particular truck. They allowed me to do everything but put ink to paper over the phone. Brady made sure everything was ready to go when we got there. A quick test drive and 10 minutes of paperwork with Lauren, and we were out of there. Chad was great with working our trade in. I think everyone there made it home in time to watch the Bama game! I will definitely recommend others to get their next vehicle here. The pricing is great!

Terrible service dept. Do not buy from here they have combative service advisors. Rip off all the way around from warranty to Service. Checked my sensors and when i got it back my sensor panel fell off and broke. Instead of being friendly about it Cornelius hurt was combative and unfriendly. Instead of looking at the possibility of this occurring from them, he lost all future service from me and from anyone else I know that has a BMW. And I know a lot of people. Hope they are happy ill buy The $69 part, but they will lose business from me. He didn't even do what I asked and I paid for all the services. I asked for diamond coating wasn't done paid for that. I asked for the paint to be fixed wasn't done. Why offer these services if you are going to get ignored when you ask for them. Thanks, Century!

Even if you put a deposit on a vehicle along with signing a commitment to purchase, after calling multiple times with confirmation that everything was all set for purchase, with all that is needed is to sign final documents, they will sell a car from out underneath customers without even a pause . Their words are simply empty...
I am out of state buyer; shouldn’t matter. And if does, why? Makes you wonder about how they even treat locals.
Multiple times it was communicated the vehicle was mine especially after I made a deposit and set up financing the day before by providing my SOC Security #’s- they didn’t even run the CC after the numbers were provided even though they said they did, including the day, just before it was sold to someone else; obviously that didn’t matter whatsoever!
Adds a layer of opportunity for ID theft by their practices, putting ALL CUSTOMERS at risk!
Nice loophole guys to avoid being accountable when you are legally in BREACH OF CONTRACT by only a technicality ; just a technical loop hole that they will use when convenient and basically blame the customer for their failure to do what they said they would do!
Customer carries the risk thru every step of the way - If you want them to care about people’s credit scores, good luck!
They represent entirely the stereotype of scummy and unethical car sales people that have no problem screwing people over.

Congrats Dan for your terrible reputation! You have earned it! It’s obvious you are very much in control of your dealership business culture of deception, lack of integrity, and unprofessionalism !! It shows and realize you just lost a potential long term customer!!

Well I can certainly see why this dealership is rated so low as I add to the low ratings. I have one word - LAZY. They don't care if you buy from them. They do not return phone calls, they do not email you back in a timely fashion. They certainly bring the other DriveTime dealerships down. Do not waste your time with these half-a$$ salesmen. Customer service is non-existent.
