Bought a 2018 Nissan Murano 3/19/19 - paperman
My wife and I went to Mathews Nissan to check out what they had available. We test drove a Rouge(2018), Altima(2019) and a Maxima(2018). They were a little above our budget. The next day, we went to another dealer. While there, I got a call from Stoney Canady. Stoney was the Sales Consultant we had been dealing with. He had a 2018 Nissan Murano with practically the same features the Max had. We test drove it and liked it.
Stoney Canady has to be the most honest Auto Sales person I have ever dealt with in my years. He was up front with us the whole time. Stoney went the extra mile with us and didn't give up on us.
After we bought the car and before we left the lot, Stoney got in the car with us and went over all the features explaining each one with us and told us if we needed to know anything else, to just give him a call.
It worked out well since we have taken our Altima and Ford F150 there for the last 5 years to have service done on the two. We have not had any problems with Mathews Nissan of Clarksville, TN. They have very capable service reps there also.

Nissan of Rivergate has a great sales and finance department. Don't take your vehicle to be serviced at Nissan of Rivergate take it to another dealership. Waited in a cold waiting area for an hour in a half for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service technicians ransack my vehicle and stole from me! That's probably why it took them so long to do the maintenance or who knows if the maintenance was even done. This is a shame and Mike the Manager over the service department didn't seemed bothered by it. I have a Honda Accord also and never had a problem from Honda employees ransacking my vehicle. Take your belongings out of your vehicle before getting maintenance done. We will be going else where.

I want to start off by saying this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. We went to Jim Johnson Nissan in Bowling Green KY on 12/14/2019 to purchase a used car in which we did. We drove it home that night & we live 1.5 hours away.The very next morning the check engine light came on. I contacted our salesman, Joe Cordova & he kept saying well you bought it as is so not much we can do about it. If you want to bring it back we can take a look at it but you will have to pay for it. That is just ridiculous! I will not pay for service on a car that I just bought when it appears that they knew the check engine light was on & all they did was clear it before we purchased the vehicle. Then a day later the tire pressure light came on. So now I have a car I just purchased with 2 lights on the dash & the dealership does not care! On top of all that my temp tags expired on 12/13. I called the salesman again on 12/12 to inquire about my license plate & he said they would send me another temp tag as they were still waiting on the lien release & said I could contact Cathy which is the lady that does the lien releases. I contacted her & requested my other temp tag be overnighted to me cause I was not going to have a car I bought & not be able to drive it & how could they sell me a car when they didn't have the lien release yet? She stated that she would overnight me another temp tag but my paperwork is at the clerk's office & I should have my license plate within that week. Here it is 1/10 & no license plate & my other temp tag expires in 2 days!
