The girls up front and the girl in financial was great. I was disappointed in our salesman. He didn't really seem to care. He just wanted to sell a vehicle no matter what. The Tahoe had some issues , he says that was fixed we end up having to put an alternator on it the next day.
I know when you buy used you get what you get. And it was really dirty underneath the shiny spray they used.

By far the easiest and most pleasant Truck buying experience I have ever had. Cole Garner was beyond what I have ever experienced in a sales person.He was very knowledgeable ,actually had the truck brought over from another location so I could test drive it. Customer experience of everyone at the 1106 E. Carroll St, Tullahoma location was excellent. If you are in the market for a new vehicle , I definitely recommend Cole Garner and Russell Barrett .

An unexpected breakdown on a 500+ mile road trip turned into the BEST customer service experience. Headed North for wedding, our tire unexpectedly burst just before the Ringgold exit and we coasted on a rim and a prayer into Walter Jackson Chevrolet. The service manager, Marty, explained that he didn’t have a tire in stock that would fit the bill, but he promptly hopped on the phone to North Georgia Tire to find me one. In the mean time, a kind, dog-loving sales person – Todd Ingle – took pity on my family, including my son and my dog, waiting outside in the 90 degree Georgia sun and invited them into the showroom to cool off while we sorted things out. A dog! In the showroom!
The team at Walter Jackson went out of their way, driving me and my flat tire all the way to North Georgia Tire to find a suitable used tire, then back to the dealership. The service department installed the tire I bought at North Georgia, and sent us on our journey with best wishes and refusal to take payment, tips, or anything at all but a thank you. This team of folks truly made a difference in our lives, and we could not be more grateful. Our next car purchase will come from them (even though we live nowhere near there), and yours should too. What amazing, wonderful, caring folks. Thank you Danny, Marty, Todd, and everyone else who wished us well and made sure we left town safely!!!

I had them change my oil enough that I was to get a free oil change. Service advisor brought my cabin and air filters in and asked if they should change them. Get this- they had opened the filter cabins, removed the old filters, brought them to the waiting area. If I had said “no” they would have taken them back, re-installed them, and not charged me. Remember they are already out, but I was charged $15.00 labor to re install the new one, but nothing to re install the old ones. Now I received an e_mail that the oil change would be around $59.00, since my change was to be free, they would graciously take that off the total. ($125.)My math is old school but when you take $59 away from $125 is about $66. My bill was $105. Today I have parted ways with Integrity. And will be sure to tell everyone about this ordeal.

I was going to buy a brand new truck from there Athen's location when I heard 3 salesman standing around gloating about "knocking someone's head off' and making a $10,000 gross. I called a friend that works as a car salesman in California to translate what I heard. Apparently the dealership made a $10,000 dollar profit off these people who bought a car, profit isn't a bad word but $10,000 off of 1 person, that's ridiculous. My friend even said that was ridiculous and xxxx near unethical. I wish I knew what those people name where, I just remember they where a older couple in their 70's.

The salesman and the finance manager told my employee, time and again, that her new truck would cost $19,000 and that the balance she owed on a trade-in would be payed off without owing anything more. I looked at the contract and discovered that the price of her new truck was actually around $32,000 and that the payoff of the trade-in had been added to the price of the vehicle. Factor in the interest rate and the other fees, and she will end up paying nearly $46,000 dollars for a vehicle she was told, time and time again, would only cost around $19,000. She will never make this mistake again and she will take me with her the next time she goes car shopping!
