Absolutely the worst service experience of my life. They never answer the phone. They have zero care about the customer. They would love nothing more than the chance to attempt to challenge your intelligence. After 5 visits and 3 months their superb intellect and care fixed absolutely nothing. If you need management involved they will be of no help. If you fell as though your warranty protects you do not visit this dealership unless you want a handful of regret and empty promises. If you are considering this dealership for anything I would look elsewhere. I thought sales mgmt would be of some assistance and even though initially it seemed promising again only a facade. I doubt this review will have a large impact however I hope others are treated with more respect/integrity than I was. I have a list of complaints and documentation over the past months as well as corporate complaints with nothing but discouragement and disappointment. Their goal is to get you to give up and go away after they have billed for warranty service. They suck Hyundai dry for cash only to not fix anything and waste your time and energy. They will tell you one thing and do another. This is this poster child for old school slime ball dealers/service depts. I hope no one else is treated this way ever. I have wasted time, energy, and money only to be right were I started due to the lackadaisical attitude that seemed to permeate this dealership. They will do everything but the RIGHT thing.
