If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere.

Go anywhere else for service. They couldn't fix my car and replaced a part that was just replaced about 400 miles ago & tried to charge me for it. I have a brand new car with less than 6,100 miles & they can't figure out what's wrong. Now because they don't how to do their job I have to drive to Kentucky to get my vehicle looked at because I'm not welcome at my local dealership anymore lol this service department is a disgrace to the Toyota name & I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. How dare I want my brand new car fixed, the nerve of me thinking that Toyota would stand behind their product that I spent $34,000 on. DO NOT BUY A 2019 RAV4 XLE PREMIUM AWD & DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM JEFF WYLER TOYOTA if you do, have it serviced elsewhere. Too bad there's not an option for zero stars. I bought what was supposed to be one of the most reliable vehicles out there & it's been messed up for almost 2 weeks now with no resolution. Hopefully customer service will provide me with a solution soon

Andrea Coomer of Scottsburg, IN I took my sun fire in for a repair Craig Toyota in Madison , Indiana Bent my frame cradle (Frame) installing a internal Slave Cylinder they had to do the job 2 times now the part has failed again (11MONTHS) stool under warranty I do not want them to touch the vehicle again jam forced to fix the car elsewhere the owners service dept mgr Jason threatened to not exchange are part if we said anything else about the damage so that is when I told them I had paperwork that explains the warranty, and that I had already talked to there parts supplier now that they declined to fix the under warranty vehicle that was damaged we are now seeking 7416.00 in loss origianaly I only wanted them to pay a GM dealer to repair it which they refused it gave me and my fiancé time to think and with the frame being bent buy there criminal malicious repair technic my family almost got killed in the car and Craig toyotas employee knew he sent my family out in a vehicle that was totaled it shook and all sorts of stuff before finally getting stuck in gear on the interstate in traffic if you would like any further information email me at alteredego7905@yahoo

My complaint is also at the BBB and may be posted to there site and I currently have a legal team now dealing with Craig Toyota I will not stop Craig Toyota until you pay me for the car your malicious activity is paid for & it will be payed for it has already been substantiated that the activity of your service technicians did these Malicious repairs by not following procedure it's proven and on paper by two companies the third company will be he Monday
