John Bishop is without a doubt one of the most professional people I have encountered at any dealership. He took car of my car as if it was his own and kept me updated continuously. If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere.

I had to update my google review because of the service department. I had a scheduled drop off 2 weeks out and when I got there they didn't have a loaner per my request. On top of that they found a vehicle for me to drive but wanted to charge a $55 day rental.

Took 2013 Ford Escape in after replacing the battery 3 times in a year. My own mechanic told me to have a dealer run a diagnostic test on the vehicle systems to make sure there was no internal draw. As this can only be done by a dealer (proprietary), took it in and was told this takes an hour to run the test. They had the car for two weeks, first confirming there was a draw over the phone and they hadn’t figured out exactly where yet. Never found the draw and claimed the car had no other issues approximately two weeks after I dropped it off for an hour. Charged $200 for labor without addressing the problem I signed off for. Horrible customer service in the service department. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to Louisville Ford dealers across the river at all cost.

I have for god only know why I bought a 1999 Ford Ranger from Car Mart in Elizabethtown Ky I was told to bring the truck back in three day's for any reason if not satisfied on the way to work the next morning the truck broke down I had to have it told in the rearend was out of the truck car mart sends the truck to a garadge tell's them hold the tru four day's do not let me take it fourth day I finally get my truck back Car Mart will not stand by there word they say it's past three day's I barrow the money to fix it I finally get the stupid thing paid down to traid it back in after oweing familly $3300,00 for helping me fiximg the truck I have no other choice to trade it back in because I have no money to buy another vehicle my wife has canser so I trade it back in on a 2004 ford f 150 the truck starts jerking bucking careing on I take it back to CarMart they send it to a transmition shop to have it looked at they say it needs the oil changed it was changed two week's ago they send my truck to a transmition shop to fix the motorwhat a joke I'm ten thousand dallors in dept for a truck setin the back yard never ever again to me Car Mart a joke for a busness
