I’ve been shopping for a car throughout Lexington for several weeks and would venture a guess that I’ve been to just about all of them. At Paul Miller, I received customer service that far exceeds any of the other dealerships I’ve visited in Lexington. Barry Wilson at Paul Miller handled my car buying experience from my first phone call to the minute I drive off the lot. He and the staff at the dealership were professional, courteous, patient, friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure I was driving off the lot in the vehicle I truly wanted.
I will be recommending Paul Miller Ford and Barry Wilson to anyone I know seeking a car in the Lexington area. The inevitable stress of buying a car was hugely alleviated by the staff’s low pressure to buy and high knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in.

Absolute Horrible Experience Ever - NotHappy
I was suppose to be purchasing a 2016 F150 truck from them which still had a warranty. I live over an hour away. We agreed on a price and went to pick it up under the conditions that they perform three things. We drive up there to find that they had not done the work. We left and they were suppose to do it again the next day. The next day before we drove all the way up there, we made them send pictures of the work and the printout of the front end alignment. Again, we drive all the way up there, to find that when they were performing a recall they had messed up the sensor on the running boards. (I.e. running board on passenger side may or may not come out upon opening the door.) Third time’s a charm, they were suppose to fix the sensor this morning but instead we find out that they had sold the truck this morning. Glad we could get everything fixed for the new owner.

The dealership shipped a 30,000 dollars lexus to me, and i went to look at it and the car had been wrecked and had a sloppy paint job. The canceled the contract and will not give me my down payment back! 3,000 dollars they are trying to keep for no reason. They are being sued by me my lawyer is contacting them soom
