Fantastic Buying Experience - Kovag99
Curt Riddle went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I was looking for at the best price possible. Throughout the entire process he was professsional and responsive. Very positive experience with the entire Preston team. I will be seeing Curt at Preston the next time I am looking for another vehicle.

Can I give him a 10 star rating? - SafeMomof4
My Chevy Suburban is now a very seasoned vehicle, but I NEVER mind taking it in for service to Ganley in Aurora - John, Dan & Korey are gems and gents. They always provide sound advice on my service options with my family’s safety as paramount. I appreciate their honesty and smiling faces every time I step in the door. I love my Chevy, but I LOVE my dealership more (Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora). That’s a tagline from the heart!
Great Service - Rob Wichert
Bill Lane does a great job and makes the process go as smooth as possible. Both Bill Lane and Bill Preston knew what I wanted and found a way to make it work. I have been going there for years and will continue.

Overall they were all very friendly and made sure my needs were met.
Recent Malibu Purchase - Malibu18
We recently purchased a new Chevy Malibu and the sales experience was very good. We enjoyed working with Mike Vincent who helped us find our next new car. We have worked with Mike in the past on other purchases and appreciate his knowledge and dedication in finding a vehicle that fits our needs and desired features. Mike has always kept our needs in mind, and reaches out but is not pushy. I am always amazed at how much he remembers- keeping in mind what is important to me.
2014 Silverado W/T - Ken G.
Enjoyed working with Jenna , Jeff and Kamal that made the deal work. Thought that going in to a buying experience where its a fixed price on vehicle would be issue. Made trade deals work. Only issue was when i found windows stickers shoved in the back of driver seat storage pouch. Detail person couldn't throw them away, plus tore window tint on rear drivers side window will have to get fixed at next visit. Over all a great experience (4.95 rating).

Service Rip Off - Janet1622
Took my 2013 GMC ACADIA in due to both headlight low/high beam not working. Paid $110 for diagnostic test. Received a call stating that both headlamp assembly need replaced and the cost would be $2,400.00 to repair. Did not make sense to me. I took my car to another mechanic and he tested the bulbs. Bulbs were burned out. Replaced both bulbs at 29.99 each and 60.00 labor, little over $160.00 and both lights working again. We have bought two cars from this dealership and had our cars serviced there. Never again!!! I don’t know i if they thought me being a woman would know no better or what but it’s a disgrace. I have recommended this service department to others, no more. When I tell my story to people they are disgusted as well.
Outstanding experience - Vetteman

Great and easy to work with. - Robert Martin
First car purchase went smoothly as it could have. Worked with Jim Lucas, who was excellent and low pressure. Clean lot, this dealership definitely has their stuff together. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Serpentini to anyone. Great follow-up from the dealer also. Good stuff, guys!
Exceptional First Time Chevrolet Experience - equinox carols
I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by WIlliam Johnson, I was looking for a car change after being a Honda owner for the past 17 years. He asked me what I was looking for and what my needs were and suggested looking at the Equinox; since a family member purchased one a year ago and really liked it I was excited to see it and test drive. He accompanied me on the test drive and showed me everything about the car and answered all my questions. He was not pressuring me at all and I really liked the car; he discussed pricing and payments and I decided on the car and leasing and I couldn't be happier. He worked out a leasing program with an affordable payment and a car fully loaded. I am so happy with this vehicle that I am telling everyone about not only the car but the dealership experience. Great Job!!!
No return calls - Wnor32
After you purchase a vehicle don't expect to receive any support from them. We turned in our lease early and everything was good until the GM Financial turned into the credit bureau that we were 30 days late on the payoff. When we called them they told us the dealership was responsible for the payoff. The dealership sent us a check for the payoff and said that we would receive the final bill. We never received a bill and the only reason we even found out that the bill was was released was by checking our credit report. When I tried contacting the Finance manager at the dealership to see if they had the bill he would not return my calls. I left numerous messages. I finally solved the problem with GM Financial. I will not purchase anymore vehicles from Serpentini when they won't give you any support.
False Advertisement - beechykeen
We purchased a used 2011 GMC Terrain that was advertised as having Bluetooth by both the salesman and what was listed in their online advertisement/sales post on their website. This is the same add the salesman pulled up and I even specifically asked about Bluetooth capability. We went up in what we wanted to spend in our price range thinking it had these features and we would not have to pay to install something that would give me the Bluetooth capability. That is the ONLY reason why we made the deal. We came back the next day to finish the deal and sign the papers, of course, they didn't bring the car out until after we were done, and before we leave we find out it doesn't have it. After we got home we pulled the add back up and it does list BOTH Bluetooth and hands-free calling(OnStar). We contacted them hoping they would make the situation right, and all we got was "sorry for your luck..." literally the salesman response was "well it does have hands-free through OnStar..." That is complete false advertisement, they had in all caps "BLUETOOTH" in the description, not just under the listed features, For the record, it was listed as having, in all caps, "BLUETOOTH" in the description not just under the listed features, and then again a little further in the ad as having BOTH Bluetooth and On-star Hands-Free calling... NOT just hands-free calling, and NO they are not the same. I waited until after their response to write any reviews giving them the chance to rectify their mistake. With as much business as this dealership does I'm shocked at how they handled this. Since we have contacted them they have conveniently taken the add down, but we still have the listing. Their response was they would not make it right in any way nor would they take the car back, so you better make sure before you sign anything that they didn't lie to you about anything!
Doug Chevrolet is now Serra Chevrolet...no change in service - scootr68
Stopped in on 12/1 to test drive a car for our 17 year old son. Found a 2014 Focus for 4995 as is. We took the car for a test drive and the transmission was lurching and searching for a gear. Decided to pass. Sales woman Amy brought up a 12 Focus for us to drive...it was so disgusting inside there was no way we were going to drive it. I did re-visit the 14 Focus because it had a recall on the PCM for the Transmission and I thought maybe that would do the trick to correct the issue. I texted Amy that i would like to come back out with a code reader since she said they had no techs to test it. Didn't get a response for quite a while. She mentioned the techs could do it Monday. I texted a few times and not one response at all from her. This is the same place that blew up my phone/email and texts trying to get my business but now all of a sudden there is zero communication. Probably for the best seeing as how disgusting they keep their "as-is" vehicles. I fail to understand why a simple detail could not be performed instead of subjecting customers to a filthy nasty interior. The funniest line she mentioned was about the 12 Focus...claimed the customer babied it. No way in gods green earth that they babied it. Horrible looking inside and out. The tells me no way did they keep up with the maintenance of it. I can't really blame Amy other than lack of communication as management would be the one to set the atmosphere and protocol of how used vehicles are handled. Was my first time there and certainly my last time. "People Pleasin?" c'mon man...not anywhere close.
