I just started my third lease with Summit Toyota. I keep coming back because I never feel pressured and always feel taken care of while I’m there. Dan showed me three different cars and let me take my time checking them out, went over all of my questions, and then found the exact color combination I wanted somewhere else and had it delivered because they didn’t have it. And Mr. Hayes in finance goes out of his way to make you feel like family. Everyone there just wants to be helpful and make sure you’re taken care of.

Call twice, and made an appointment for 30,000 check, asked the cost both times, under $80 which included oil and tire change, Got there, and was handed a "Toyota Factory Check List" before the techs even looked at my Corolla. The cost of this service was $401.57, which included a throttle body service, replace wiper inserts, add balance car, battery service, etc.. Why wasn't I told this when I called to make appointment. Greg stated that the appointment (women) people were new and didn't know the routine. I needed all these services before anyone looked at my car. My son also was upset with the unneeded service before they even touched the car, and he was a Toyota tech at another dealership. Refused all services except oil and tire. I called my writer when I got home since nothing about the thread on my tires were on the statement given to me. Greg, never returned my call, so I called the national customer service department in Tennessee. I told them that this dealership was scamming older women. I will never go back to Bedford Toyota for service or to buy another car.
When home, I called two other Toyota dealerships in the Cleveland area. Asked about their 30,000 service. None of the dealerships quoted a Factory Service fee of $400. I was quoted between $60-$90 for the oil and tire change.
Toyota of Bedford should be ashamed of themselves.

Had my Camry in for the fuel pump recall and it was handled very professionally. Work done in a timely fashion and everyone I had contact with was helpful and courteous. My service advisor- Jeff Harry- was especially helpful in setting up the appointment.

We went through this dealership for 3 leases totaling 9 years. The last 6 years things have gotten worse and worse. Constant errors with billing (including collections calling me), plate issues, and a handful of false promises. I would not recommend Jay as a seller, he’s very arrogant and belittling. Rushed us through the process with leaving out details and hit us with false promises. Went to Metro Toyota this last round and felt much more appreciated and happy with the outcome.

Do not buy used cards from this location. Specially do not finance from this location. Totally trap, they are professional liars. Do some research before buying anything from here. They will finance your car with where ever they get commission. I feel sorry for Toyota. Check Metro or Classic Toyota..... if you are working hard for your money think twice before going there. Otherwise you will waste your money....
