I didn't "need" another vehicle and was just looking. Mike was great! No pressure whatsoever from Mike. I was looking at a used truck. I wanted to take it to a mechanic and Mike flexed his schedule to go with me. We had great conversation the entire test drive and never once did he pressure me to make up my mind about the truck. He is one of the reasons that I bought the truck that same day. He made me feel like I was his only priority and talked to me like we were friends. A very comfortable atmosphere.
Brian Johnson was just as helpful as Mike when it came to understanding the finance aspect of my purchase. Took the time to explain everything to me and took the time to explore the options to get me the best finance rate available.
There was only one issue I encountered and that was with the dealership NOT Mike. As I said he was great. It was after all the negotiating was done for my trade, the financing set and I was in my new used vehicle getting ready to head home. I looked down and saw that there was only a quarter of a tank of gas. I don't want to seem ungrateful but I am used to when you buy a car that the tank is full when you go to drive it off the lot. So I went inside and asked about it. I was told that because I bought a Used vehicle a full tank of gas was NOT included. Keep in mind that the vehicle I bought was just as expensive or more than some of the new cars on the lot. Disappointed. After all, the dealership didn't think twice about putting Spitzer advertising on my vehicle (which I have since removed) . I would have given this entire experience a five star rating if were not for this one little lack of customer service.
But because of the employees, Mike and Brian, I would recommend and return to this dealership.

I bring my 2017 Ford Focus there for its first scheduled maintenance. Me being in the car industry as well I know a couple things that sometimes slip by during scheduled service work. Knowing this I did a few things beforehand to my car that would tell me what was done and what was not. Most of the the little things I did we're done like loosening up some of the caps on the fluids in my car to make sure they were checked in making little on the weights of my wheels so I know they were rotated. But the final thing I did is put a label that said remove tag around the spare tires air nozzle, which when I got it back I checked immediately. To my disappointment it was not removed or moved it all. Being this was my first visit for service work at this dealership I was doing these measures to make sure I could trust the dealership with any future work to my car. Then not checking the spare tire pressure this makes me question if they are actually doing everything else that was supposed to be done during my scheduled maintenance I would like my car to last and I can only do so if all the maintenance is done correctly. But overall I had a good experience my service advisor was very nice to me and it turned out my service was free because it was my first one. Hopefully I am wrong about any other checks not being made and only my spare tire wasn't checked. I will be back again for my next service but hopefully next time they check everything.

This is my Park Ford story. I've never bought a car before from a car lot or car dealer. I was the kid with the clunker from craigslist. Once I arrived I knew what I wanted, I was excited and nervous. I really wanted a Ford Fusion but hadn't built enough credit to get that car. I was immediately bummed out. I didn't want a new car at that point, but my salesman told me not to count the other cars off. I stumbled upon a 2016 Ford Focus SE, a small economic car that gets really good gas mileage. I drove the car for about an 15 minutes. Once we got back to the dealer, I was no longer interested in a Fusion and wasn't forced into buying a Focus either. The decision was mine, he just opened the door to other options. I thank Park Ford for my experience and will be returning soon.

My experience at liberty ford was the best! Lorenzo Martino was awesome very nice, polite made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had second thoughts about going through with financing a truck, because I thought my credit wasn't good enough. He assured me to have faith and believe in him to make it happen, with the price range that I was comfortable with paying monthly. AND HE DID JUST THAT!!! The staff is amazing! I went in 40 minutes before they closed and Tyler had no problem helping me. Even though he had to stay over he made me feel comfortable.
