Wow what a great experience! Steve Workman and Floyd Bowen are the best guys around town when it comes to your car needs. I had front end suspension work done on my Nissan 350z Touring Edition and I wanted the alignment fine-tuned one more time and the steering wheel re-centered. Called Steve to express my concern and he told me to just walk-in to Quick Lane no appointment needed. The guys went straight to work as soon as I walked in and got everything tuned just the way I want. Even my steering wheel is completely 100% centered now, after a year of fighting with different shops that couldn’t get it right, Klaben and Quick Lane finally got it right. These guys got everything right and I couldn’t be more happy. I’m a real picky guy when it comes to my vehicle and I will definitely call you out if I see something I don’t like or If I am unhappy. These guys went way beyond and out of their way to make sure I was happy. They have my business for life. Thank you Steve and Floyd! This dealership is excellent! I found a vehicle I wanted and worked with Jacob to not only negotiate a great price, but also to get an excellent price on my trade! They did the legwork to find what my truck was really worth, and gave me double what I had gotten offered at other dealers. I drove almost 6 hours to get there, and when I got there it was as quick and painless as possible. No last minute dickering or attempts to get more money. It was straight forward and friendly! They knew I had a long drive ahead of me and they were just awesome. I would happily drive that 6 hours again to buy from Jacob and from Sarchione Ford. I absolutely hate car shopping and car dealers because of how I've been treated elsewhere, but this dealership is different! This was a long distance transaction of a Certified Pre-owned Ford. I was lied to by both the salesperson and the used car manager at Liberty Ford of Solon. Tried to escalate up to the dealership manager and they would not return calls. That seemed to be their mo.
Ford Motor Company makes fine vehicles, and there are a lot of Ford dealerships out there. Just DO NOT use a Liberty Ford Dealership. You will be disappointed at almost every step of the process of buying a car.You will be lied to, calls will not be returned etc. Find a different Ford dealership

UPDATE: My less than favorable experience is with the sales and loan departments - NOT the Service(SHOP) Department at Park Ford in Tallmadge Ohio. Six trips to the dealership, always additional paperwork needed, no mention of Echeck and their loan department does NOT verbally mention or point out additional fees. I tried to help everyone with the loan. Said no penalty and no fee loan... That did not happen!! Lost almost 300 bucks. Had this info been disclosed - I would NOT have gone thru with the loan!!!!

I have been a loyal customer for years at Down Town Ford. Since Liberty has taken over the oil change takes far too long, the service department cant come close to keeping up! What are you thinking , you can cut the staff and still accomplish the same service/ GUESS NOT !!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Follow the example Downtown Ford set/ it worked,customers happy!!!!! Unless of course that is not your goal!!!!!

My problem today was with the service and sales department. I had an appointment today at 10 a.m. to get a quote for a spare key and to get the lock removed on the spare tire since it was corroded. I would usually do that myself but i didnt know if there was a tampering system so I came here. My visit started by pulling into the service garage then i parked and sat for about 2 minutes with not a single person telling me what to do or where to go, so i got out of my truck and proceeded to stand in the lane for another 2 minutes with people walking past and not saying anything or looking at me until someone came out and tagged my truck in. Then he took me to Robert the advisor to write me up which went smoothly, but right in the middle of the write up he left me at the desk suddenly to go to the lane while i was talking to speak with another guest. I didnt mind but i thought it was very rude he just left without saying anything. When he got back to the desk he gave me my quote (very high priced hour labor of 125) and being a former advisor i knew this was just precautionary to quote high. Then i sat in the waiting area for about half an hour then decided to look at the new cars. After 10 minutes not a single salesman came to me and asked if i had questions about the cars (which i did) or even acknowledged me. They just stood by the front door talking to each other about tv shows. After approximately 45-50 minutes Robert came out to get me and said the truck was done. All he did was walked me to the cashier and set my repair order down and said, "have a good day". I wanted to know what all they did to remove it just because o was curious and then he told me, "we just drilled out the lock cylinder". This is the point where i got very upset, why am i paying a full hour (135 after tax) for someone to put a drillbit in a drill?? I understand that the technician needs payed and i was expecting half an hour or so for something this small.
After he told me what they did he simply walked back into the lane not saying have a good day, thank you for your business, etc.
Then even the cashier didnt ask how my day was or anything, just grabbed my repair order and took my card and gave me my receipt.
Overall i would give this negative ratings if i could. The prices are extremely high, and customer service is absolutely terrible i have had better service at McDonald's

the experience I had at Valley ford truck was above and beyond what I would have ever expected. My salesman Tim Walik and Amy in finance went above their call of duty in getting our start up company the corrrect vehicle and best financing available. It truly helped us get started out on the right foot.
