I purchased my new car completely online other than signing the final papers due to my work schedule and their reduced hours due to COVID. My salesperson, Bob McLaughlin, was prompt to respond to every inquiry and question I had. I had done months of research on what I wanted and the price was right the first time. This is my first BMW and if this is any indication on what I can expect from Sewickley BMW, it won't be my last. I may even move into one if their Porsches someday. I cannot recommend the entire staff enough; Andres, Chuck, and Ken. There was never any pressure. Thank you all.

GLS 450 GLS 450 4MATIC SUV that I planned to purchase. Sale's Price $28,900, total:$30,637 after fees and $26,637 financing. I told him I would be flying from Mississippi to get it using $4000 down payment and financing through my bank. He asked for a no return deposit. I told him a relative in Cleveland will view the car for me the next day then we could move forward on the deal. He emailed at 9:25am, saying that the car was sold from a (am appointment. He had my phone number, he should have called me at 9am or 9:25. Wow! I called him later and that's when he told me that it was sold on the spot from a walk-in. STRANGE!!!!! The car is still listed on their site and all others. Oh well, God is good any way.

Chad was great! We picked up a Q5. He gave a competitive lease quote on the first inquiry. He answered all my questions quickly and was overall just very personable. The car was missing it’s factory weather mats and Chad had service send out a set to my home so I wouldn’t have to make the drive!
Patrick in finance was great as well. In and out of the dealer within an hour of arrival. Highly recommend and worth the trip from central Ohio.

We leased a A5 last month. Carol, the finance person, was deceitful while trying to sell all the added insurances, etc. She parroted the typical rental car agent sales pitch when I told her I’m not interested: ‘Well you need to hear it so you know what you are declining'.
One example : She pushed the Audi windshield insurance by stating that most personal windshield insurance coverage will not replace the windshield with correct glass and therefore the functions that connect to the windshield will not work. I called my insurance company and 2 auto body shops. They stated that if you have windshield coverage on your auto policy the insurer is obligated to replace with glass that restores all functionality.
BTW: Google “should I buy the insurance and extras the finance person tries to sell” and it will invariably state NO.
Josh, the fellow that delivered our car, is an excellent representative for Audi and makes a great impression. However, even more disturbing than the unethical finance person, is the way the poor Google reviews are answered by management. The dealer almost never apologizes or takes responsibility. The dealership states they log and document everything, therefore we have proof that you the customer are wrong and we the dealer are right.
