I purchased a $100k Escalade and was promised I’d receive... - Kristi
I purchased a $100k Escalade and was promised I’d receive top notch service if I leased instead of purchased my vehicle. What a joke. I had an issue scheduling and then receiving information for a simple oil change. After not showing 3 times to pick up my vehicle (valet service wasn’t even offered, I had to ask) they took my car in on a Friday morning and never got back to me. All calls on Saturday went to voicemail and my sales rep never (to this day) answered my email. On Monday I had to demand to speak to a human only to be told my car STILL wasn’t in service.
I did not receive any of the service quality I was promised (including an Escalade loaner) and this whole experience was a joke. Save your time and money. If this is how they treat a $100k car customer, imagine how they treat everyone else. I can’t wait for my lease to be over and be done with these people.

I purchased my Cadillac ATS (a great driver's car, BTW) from another dealer, but have been using Baierl for service due to their proximity to my office. Everyone with whom I've dealt has been so pleasant that it reminds me of checking into a luxury hotel. Service is always completed expeditiously, and within the estimated time frame. When I'm ready to replace my ATS, Baeirl is where I'll go to get my next car - the CT4-V gets rave reviews from the car magazines.
I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the patience,... - jc
I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the patience, overall knowledge, and commitment the entire dealership displayed during our many interactions with Rohrich Cadillac. We found ourselves in a position where we had not planned to purchase a vehicle, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the necessity for one was there. The communication from Jim McCoullough and Chuck Lucci, Jr. was incredibly timely and they calmly gave us guidance which was a custom fit for our needs. Even as they presented options, they never tried to up-sale anything.
Their follow-up and accommodation were extremely thorough. Making a purchase mostly via a virtual experience can be a bit intimidating. The team offered an extensive number of good quality pictures, unlimited consultation, and accommodated us by making a video of the vehicle to further give us a better visual of what to expect when we arrived. Instead of this being a stressful transaction it ended up being an incredibly pleasant experience. They never deviated from what they said they would do. This was a key factor for my wife and me, as the transparency and candidness never digressed.
Once Chuck took over he was able to facilitate a great deal of the process before our arrival as he considered that we were driving 5 hours to the dealership and returning home on the same day. Once we arrived at the dealership location the experience was even better. Chuck was able to walk us through the process and met all of our expectations. Michael Ruane was equally helpful and a source of beneficial information. This is a dealership that has perfected its craft and makes its clients feel like family instead of a number. I will definitely continue to promote Rohrich Cadillac.

This week we had the opportunity to shop for a truck at Northpointe Chevrolet. With Melissa Hartel’s assistance, it was a fun and educational experience.
We appreciated Melissa’s knowledge about the different trucks. Additionally, she showed us all of the different truck bed covers on the lot so that we could pick the right one to put on the 2016 Ram truck we selected.
The shopping part was fun and Brian Boyle made the actual paperwork part fun, too!
Thank you Northpointe!

I just left this dealership and purchased a new 2019 GMC Dinali truck. Father and son as well as finance manager took care of us from a to Z. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership, would highly recommend them! Zero pressure sales, did a fantastic job and put the deal together in record time!

My wife decided it was time to trade in her 2017 Malibu on a Cadillac CT5. Browsing the internet she found a car in the color she wanted at C. Harper. We drove out on a Sunday to look at the car even though the dealership was closed.
The car looked like everything she wanted, so Monday she called to inquire, and Talked to Jeff Bankovich, who provided everything she wanted to know and told her he could have the car ready for a test drive whenever she wanted. She Made an appointment for Tuesday, Jeff explained that he had a previous commitment but he would have someone help us until he became available.
Like any knowledgeable buyer I started my research on pricing incentives trade in value and such. On the drive to the dealer my wife and I discussed where we wanted to be on numbers + or minus. We got to the dealer a little late. We were introduced to Jeff and he passed us off to Tim for the test drive, which consisted of various type of roads and traffic. Tim was knowledgeable and answered all questions.
Once we pulled back into the dealership Tim asked the dreaded question " So other than price is there anything keeping you from driving this car home today?' (LOL). My head immediately filled with vision of 4 square papers, countless sidebars to the sales manger etc. I'm now ready for the grind.
Jeff took us to his office and started the small talk, and asked if we were paying cash or financing.
Here it comes. I told Jeff lets talk price and leave finance to the end. Now here's where it gets good.
The price was right where my wife and I agreed + $200.00. So now i figure they're going to under value the trade, Nope right where I wanted to be.
So now off to finance with Joe, here comes the hard sell right? Nope. No BS.
I was so shocked on the ride home trying to figure out where we got took.
It's a shame that we probably won't be in the new car market for a long time now. C. Harper and Jeff in particular will get my business in the future, I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new car. My only regret is we didn't buy from them sooner.
5 star people and experience!
I have never been so disappointed! I bought my car from... - Gabby
I have never been so disappointed! I bought my car from here, and just recently had a issue with my car shifting to next gear. They looked at it said it was my battery and the cable because they were corroded replace them and charge me $227. After leaving and making it five minutes down the road my check engine light is back on so I took it over to Cole Valley Chevrolet in Newton Falls and they said that there was no way that they actually looked at it because they found the issue within two hours and I didn’t even have an appointment there they just said they would look at it and it cost 27 bucks to replace a lever that had to deal with the turbo! I called my advisor Tom today all he told me is that he’s sorry and that he’ll have to talk to his guys. They also had my car for four days and couldn’t see that issue but the other dealership found it right away! Not happy with my experience at all and this isn’t the first time that I wasn’t happy leaving this dealership...
Unwanted fixes , High Cost - Pissed1337
Way too expensive and they did more than we wanted because "it needed done" BS! Total cost was 1216.00 and of that only 320.00 was parts. Go to McBrides Auto Service or Chuck Nicholson in Dover for excellent car care.

They sold me a 2021 tahoe and promised to get my FL plates. 3 mo later still no plates and my 2ns issued temp tag expires tomorrow. Their clerk Toni stated they cannot issue me a 3rd temp. She said she'd call FL but not sure what they can do. It's the dealerships responsibility and promise. It was part of the deal. If I can't get plates or temp then take the car back or undo the deal. I should not pay for a car I can't drive legally. This experience is so stressful and unending. They yes you to death to make a sale then blow you off (sales rep not responsive) If I don't get remedy by tomorrow I will have to sue to get out of this deal / file bbb / have my staff member dedicate 2 weeks to post unending negative reviews everywhere possible. After all I'd be stuck at home unable to drive. So sick of this sh*t
DO NOT TRUST! They don't deserve the one star I gave them... - LS
DO NOT TRUST! They don't deserve the one star I gave them in each category because they took advantage of me. They said they flashed the computer to the motor (?) when they really didn't. They told me the car was fixed when it wasn't. I was charged over $100 for them to lie right to my face and take my hard earned money that could've been used to REALLY fix my car. Unreliable!

I found a Cadillac ATS-V online at Crestmont Cadillac in Beachwood, Ohio.
I then called the dealership and spoke to Joe Gordon who was very helpful. While the price was good, I did ask about the quality of the tires. I told him I planned to fly to Ohio to buy the car and wanted reliable tires for the drive back to Illinois. He represented everything was up to date and ready to go.
Upon this confirmation I made an online credit application and further proceeded with the dealership personnel about the specific financing terms. The dealership was very heavy handed in selling an extended warranty. I resisted the extended warranty and then the dealership also refused a discount of $250 on the car purchase since I declined the extended warranty. After we agreed on the price of the vehicle, and after giving my credit card information (which was supposed to be on file, rather they charged the card without my consent and approval). I then flew to Ohio for the car. Joe Gordon picked me up at the airport and when we arrived at the dealership. I noted the tires were from 2015 (while the car was a 2017 model). I immediately raised the issue that the tires were older than the car and this was at odds with what I was told on the phone conversations. Further, the tires were not reliable for the trip back to Illinois.
The dealership's Service Manager Dan Banas represented the age of the tires was not of concern. This statement is false as a matter of fact. There is a clear reason why D.O.T is on a tire and it is to inform a vehicle owner that it is time for new tires, even if the mileage limit hasn’t been met. Again, I had specifically asked about the tires while I was still in Illinois, and they had not disclosed the tires were older than the vehicle. The dealership continued to deny the tires were inferior. I left the dealership and informed them I would be at a hotel since I needed to fly back to Illinois rather than drive. At that point the the Used Car Manager Jim Turcoliveri suggested I save the lodging and flying fees and buy the car for the agreed price and get new tires when I arrived back in Chicago. This confirmed my position that Crestmont Cadillac had no concern for my satisfaction nor my safety. It wanted a sale and it couldn't care less about the professional thing to do.
I write this review so others are warned not to come to the dealership from out of town because the personnel will not stand by its values. They assume you will buy the car because that's the easy thing to do. Untruthful, inconsiderate and unprofessional are the hallmarks of the experience I had in my transaction at Crestwood Cadillac.
The dealership has my contact information if they want to resolve the issue, contact me, and do not ask me to contact you in any way. You guys dropped the ball, so you all need to own up to what you did!

The car buying process for a person who is not well... - Jallen59
The car buying process for a person who is not well versed within the industry was very easy going and painless. Emilio was a great help to me in buying the used 2016 subaru impreza. He took it for a drive in the early morning hours of the day to make sure everything was up to his standard before making the trip out there. Very transparent and well versed individual. The finance team was quick and right to the point. The paperwork was read properly and discussed in a great fashion as well. I recommend anyone to give them a visit if you are searching for a vehicle new or used!
We’ve been looking at a certified used vehicle for many... - Heidi
We’ve been looking at a certified used vehicle for many weeks, went to purchase and we were
told by the General Sales Manager in a very unprofessional manner that the price posted on the internet was wrong. Even though the website showed the specs, vin number and stock number with the “Kelly Price”. The price posted in the car on a sales tag was even less than what same unprofessional General Sales Manager states what the price was. We drove 3 hours two times to look at this car. Very unprofessional General Sales Manager, who didn’t even say goodbye or try to offer the competitive posted price. He was too busy on the phone discussing the issue in front of us with whomever was on the phone. Very shady pricing with different prices given, one being the internet price that is still on the internet, a $4,000 increased price that the General Sales Manager gave us and then a $2,000 different price on the sales tag in the car. True meaning to used car salesman.
