This place is absolutely horrible for online sales! I bought a 2018 GMC Denali from them. It took weeks to get them to ship me the car. Then when the car was received the AC was broke . Theirs a huge door dent and scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle. I thought no problem, I’ll call and they’ll fix it. Talked to Bob Johnson the service manager and he said “take it to a local dealership and have it diagnosed and we’ll take care of it”. After finding out the repair is $1450 the dealership wants me to pay it in full and then be reimbursed 50%. Still waiting on the call from the owner who’s yet to call me. BEWARE! Of buying a vehicle online with this dealership unless you want to get screwed. Never mind the door dents and scratches and shipping delays.

bought Buick envision in 2019 salesman T.J. Very good salesman , very good person. Well satisfied. We purchased Auto Butler as part of the package. We have taken our car two times for this and both times were VERY disappointed with service performed. Car was not cleaned inside first time and we rescheduled. Car was cleaned outside again (NOT GOOD) and again not cleaned inside. * months later we took car again for auto butler and job was very poorly done. Dirt left inside and outside bugs on windshield and grill were not touched. Rooting of tires was supposed to be free and they wanted to charge us. My wife refused and they consented but service agent took pictures of outside and was supposed to get back in touch with us. It has been 3 weeks and NO response from anyone. Auto butler program has not been performed as we were told. We payed for it and have not been given our money worth service.

We've been dealing with Sims in Euclid for almost 10 years. We first went there for help with a 2011 GMC Terrain with the 2.4L engine. Since then we've also bought vehicles there. We drive over 100 miles each way because there is simply no other dealership in our region whose service has even come close. The service writers are seasoned, experienced professionals who not only handle the paperwork but also guide the techs' troubleshooting and workflow. Very highly recommended.

I had my clutch and engine replaced on my 07 Ford focus and after I picked it up I was changing the air filter and found out the bolt holding the air filter in place was missing.also the cap for the overflow tank for the radiator was loose.the caps for the power steering and the brake master cylinder was loose also.it also was very low on fluid.there was grease on my floormat and steering wheel.i am just wondering if they left other bolts loose and missing anywhere else I don't know about.i will never let great lakes touch my car again or even buy a car from there

I've experienced nothing more than a poor experience from Buick GMC of Beachwood. After exploring numerous options, I found myself interested in a pre-owned vehicle advertised by Buick GMC of Beachwood. Two unanswered vehicle inquiries from the Buick GMC of Beachwood website were not a surprise as I figured it was due to the weekend. The very next business day, several minutes after this dealership opened, I was eventually connected to a sales representative. I explained to this rep my interest in purchasing the pre-owned vehicle, provided all the necessary information, and requested a buyers order for my bank who had agreed to finance this vehicle. The sales rep was able to confirm the vehicle was still available. The rep even took pictures and forwarded them to me. It should be noted that I lived out of state so visiting the dealership prior to the issuance of a check from my bank was not an option. As the day continued, I maintained contact with the same sales representative. As you can imagine, closing an auto loan, especially from out of state took time but due to such an early start left me with plenty of time to travel to the dealership, test drive the car and complete the purchasing process. After later receiving a call from the bank, i received a check, negotiated a ride, and began my travel to the dealership. Soon after beginning my travel I contacted the rep to let him know of my status. I was advised to continue my travels to the dealership, however someone was currently test driving the vehicle. After already having knowledge of my anticipated endeavor as of early this morning, this news was a bit disheartening. The rep advised that he would call me back but insists that I continue driving. Approximately 25mins later now an hour into my travel, the rep contacted me back stating that the vehicle was still out being test driven by an interested customer. The rep further advised that he was unsure whether I should continue. I decided at this point to speak with a manager. I expressed to the manager that I was already an hour into my travels with a check to purchase the vehicle. I addition, I've already added the vehicle to my insurance as most dealers require. The manager advised that despite my preparation starting in the early hours of the morning, if the interested customers wanted to purchase the vehicle, he could not deny them. The manager offered me a gift card for the confusion. Serveral phone calls later, I learned that the interested customers did not purchase the vehicle. As you can imagine such confusion delayed my travel and expected arrival considering the dealership closing hours. I soon arrived at the dealership where I test drove and purchased the vehicle. I was advised during my signing that copies had to be mailed to me (I photographed what I signed) which I thought was weird. Days following my purchase, thinking that all troubles were left behind, I received a rude awakening. I took this vehicle in for a full inspection where it was discovered that several maintenance issues exist. These issues could not have been discovered from a brief test drive. In addition, I did not receive my documents. This and all of the above has completely ruined my overall car buying experience. Based on my experience, it would be my suggestion that this dealership is avoided until they can create a better experience for customers. I believe that any company can change, but must be willing.

They sold me a 2021 tahoe and promised to get my FL plates. 3 mo later still no plates and my 2ns issued temp tag expires tomorrow. Their clerk Toni stated they cannot issue me a 3rd temp. She said she'd call FL but not sure what they can do. It's the dealerships responsibility and promise. It was part of the deal. If I can't get plates or temp then take the car back or undo the deal. I should not pay for a car I can't drive legally. This experience is so stressful and unending. They yes you to death to make a sale then blow you off (sales rep not responsive) If I don't get remedy by tomorrow I will have to sue to get out of this deal / file bbb / have my staff member dedicate 2 weeks to post unending negative reviews everywhere possible. After all I'd be stuck at home unable to drive. So sick of this sh*t
Dealer Took Deposit & Then Refused to Sell Vehicle - Joe
Found a GMC Sierra truck online that met my requirements. Called the dealer, confirmed it was available and advised them that I would be purchasing with the GM Employee Discount.
Placed a $500 deposit on the vehicle which was charged to my credit card. The sales rep called back later in the day and said that "the sales manager said this is our only truck and he's not going to sell it with a GM employee discount". Supposedly the deposit is getting refunded although 24 hours later I have not seen it.
Would never give a penny to this dealer, completely unethical behavior.

DO NOT TRUST! They don't deserve the one star I gave them in each category because they took advantage of me. They said they flashed the computer to the motor (?) when they really didn't. They told me the car was fixed when it wasn't. I was charged over $100 for them to lie right to my face and take my hard earned money that could've been used to REALLY fix my car. Unreliable!
