Ken Ganley CJDR and Hyundai of Norwalk Ohio is probably the best dealer I have ever visited. I am a dealer rep, from Michigan, and while visiting my dealers in Ohio, my Jeep had alert signals, and was not running right. I drove my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited, to the closest dealer who basically pulled 17 issues or flags from the computer and suggested I not drive it. They said they could not even look at it or begin to fix it until the following week. I had a training scheduled at Ken Ganley which was 45 min. from where I was, and never met them before, I called the GM John Decker, and let them know my situation, he said drive up here and we will get you right in and work on your vehicle! The service manager, Amy was so nice and accommodating. They ordered the sensor needed, gave me a loner car and told me my Jeep would be ready to go the next day! I recommend Ken Ganley CJDR and Hyundai for sales and service 100%. I felt very taken care of, and very special. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO JOHN DECKER (GM), and Amy P. Stopped in to look at vehicles after an unfortunate run-in with a deer totalled our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. They happened to be shorthanded that day and I was assisted by Chris Parker, Jr., one of the managers, and the dealership owner's son. I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership.
Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day.

I recently had my car at Bowser because of the abs modular. They got a used one because a new one cost $4400.00. The used one was the wrong one so they put the old one back in and charged me 300.00 for labor . I thought that was to high of labor charge and nothing got done. I emailed them that night and the next morning they called me and said they are going to refund me 235.00. I got the check within a week and was very happy about it. I will still do business with Bowser because when my regular mechanic can't do some of the work Io to Bowser . they always did good work for me and I won't let one bad incident stop me from going back. I also want to say that Dan Mattarock is a good salesman.

Purchased a car in May and was advised the car I purchased was never in an accident. Fast forward a few months and I attempted to trade the same vehicle in at several dealerships which offered me a very low offer due to Carfax showing the vehicle was involved in an accident.
After contacting Management and the salesman Brad White I was advised they only use Autocheck and not Carfax but they would put me in a comparable car (a 2011 Niisan Rogue). Brad White said he would call me in a day or so if the Nissan checked out okay at the service department.
Three days later I contacted Brad, and he advised me that the car was still in the service department. I advised Brad that I observed the car was detailed and listed on their website for sale and it was currently on their used sales lot.
He denied it was for sale at this time........
Instead of admitting that their garage somehow missed the damage report or when they took the car in on trade, somehow did not check the vehicle history (doubtful).
I was contacted by Hyundai Manager Gary Flannery. SAYING I should have used common sense when buying a vehicle and that pretty much saying "deal with it" I should have looked the car over".
Instead of being understanding of my families concern, Gary cut me off and talked down to me with ZERO care that I was worried about having my toddler kids in a car that was in a previous accident.
Sorry, not all customers are mechanics or auto body repair specialist.

Incompetent, Rude, and Dishonest Service!! Stay away from this dealership! They misdiagnosed my car twice which cost more than $1200. Gave them the car to repair a third time, and they had it for 4.5 work days. They allow it to sit for two days before even looking at it. As of today, 11/5/2020 they have had possession of the car for repairs since 10/22/2020, still not repaired. They do not call to offer updates and when I call to find out what is happening, they are defensive and rude. They have NO CLUE about customer service . I called the General Manager to send him a copy of my issues and he is obviously not interested since he has not called me back. Stay away from these people!!!

Most Worthless dealership ever. Agreed upon the purchase of a used vehicle with a few minor conditions. The simplest request was an oil change. After waiting for the items to be addressed, they brought the vehicle out for delivery without the oil change or addressing the other minor corrections. The dealer then stated that the Service department did not change the oil because they had just changed it 30 days prior. The oil was clearly dirty. In addition, the tire pressure sensor light was on. The dealer replied the light would go out after driving, because they had failed to reset the sensor. Having worked in the an industry involved in the manufacture and installation of TPSs, I told them that was in accurate. The sensor was likely damaged and need replacement. And the final straw was,, the key fob battery was dead resulting in the CAR not starting properly. Unwilling to replace a $5 dollar battery for a car valued at over $15k and trying to convince the buyer that is not a problem, is as low as a dealership can go.
In essence, the sales personnel is incompetent at best and totally disconnected from the other departments of the organization.
I will never consider purchase of a vehicle from Hyundai of Bedford or encourage anyone to ever make a purchase with them.

The minivan had minor issues that the dealer service department fixed promptly.
