Was in Berlin on a short vacation and the check engine light came on 2019 terrain. Went to Chuck Nicholson because it was close. No appointment. Mike Miltenberger greeted me like an old customer, got me right in (I was expecting the old story about how we are booked up, you will have to wait). They diagnosed the problem, fixed a recall, and kept me informed throughout! I was driving away in 1 hour an 20 minutes. Car drove great! Fixed a bad spark plug. Excellent all around experience.

Very friendly atmosphere at this place. Had an issue when I left the dealership and called Shane Mast (Salesman) and Chad Pifer (Sales Manager) about it. I live two hours away so they had me take it to my local dealership and they took care of everything. Its nice to see that customer service is a priority at this dealership!

An exceptional experience!
My husband and I both are on a fixed income. We met with Justin upon arrival. Justin and the finance team were very professional in building a loan that fit our budget and needs. We had expected to leave with either no vehicle or an extremely older vehicle. Thankfully we were able to obtain a 2018 Chevrolet Trax. The financing included gap coverage as well as an extended 5 year warranty. Very courteous and professional all the way around. The dealership is very clean and expansive. We look forward to doing business with Taylor Chevrolet again.

The sales people are always friendly and ready to help. I spent at lot of time on the phone and email during the China flu months, trying to get a certain truck. The effort proved unsuccessful but it was not the dealers fault. A truck that was mostly acceptable showed up and I bought that.
The service and parts people are also very pleasant and willing to answer questions on availability of service and parts.

Let me start by saying that I purchased my truck from Alice on AUGUST 25. The interaction and sale was commented on my post to Dealer Rater on October 13. As a part of the trade of my previous truck and purchase of the new one I was supposed to receive a $1000 check (actually in the paperwork signed in finance). Since that date the check has been "in the mail" or "home office is writing the check". I've been patient and continued to contact Alice and the dealership to rectify the issue, but still no check. Hopefully this public forum helps, if the issue is resolved I will consider removing this comment.

I spoke with Lisa the business manager and offered to put down $3500 with a 36 month loan . She said I’ll work on the loan . It is now Thursday the 25 th and not one call or email to let me know anything.
I have never worked with a dealer that doesn’t bother to care enough to let their customer know if they were approved or not approved .

I leased a Silverado after literally several hours of back and forth negotiating. I was firm on monthly payment and I needed 12000 miles a year to drive. The salesman "found" a Silverado that he said the Service Manager had been driving for a couple of months and had 2662 miles on it. If I didn't have a problem not getting an undriven vehicle, we would be able to meet my needs. Sounded great, so I spent the next hour with the "finance guy" signing many papers and fielding protection offer pitches.
One early paper to be signed was titled "Spitzer Autoworld Lordstown, LLC Retail Lease Agreement". Finance guy points out our agreement figures and shows me a line under "Major Terms Of This Agreement Are As Follows:".
Line 1. Number of months this closed end lease is for: 24
Line 2. Number of miles you may drive per year: 12000
Line 3. Total number of miles allowed over the entire lease without additional charge: 24000.
Paper after paper get whipped in front of you. Long papers with many many lines of numbers and information. Who is going to read it all after several hours of being there?
They were actually closed while we're doing this.
Fast forward 2 years to the end of my lease. I turn in the truck with 25924 miles on the odometer and I'm charged $481 for over mileage. The truck had 2662 miles on it when I leased it, so I should be good up to 26662 miles on the odometer at turn since I get 24000 over the life of the lease. Nope. The GM Financial paper that I signed said up to 10669 miles a year.
I talk to General Manager Barry Gonis, who appears to feel bad and care, and offers to pay half, but first wants to try to buy back the truck before it goes to auction so that the miles are removed from my lease turn in. I spend the next 4 weeks being avoided by Barry, who keeps stinging me along as if he's going to help me, and eventually he stops responding and I pay GM Financial before it is sent to collection.
My "Retail Lease Agreement" with Spitzer means nothing and it's just for show before they slam you with a mountain of reading material that they know you won't read and will sign to get out of there.
My fault for not reading everything, but I trusted the mileage after I had already signed the Retail Lease Agreement that stated the mileage.

Horrible experience. 10 months after buying a brand new truck I have only had it in my possession 6 weeks. The allowed a subpar body shop mess up my paint job due to their error. Top it off 6 months after damaging the truck (happened within 1 week of owning it) they marked it as damaged.

Psa: Buyer beware, My husband and I went to look at the possibility of getting a new car yesterday from Serpentini Chevrolet Medina formerly known as Pat O'Brien Medina. I am a nurse working in a local hospital and we were attracted to the "first responders discount" as advertised. Well we owned a new Chevy Equinox for about 14 hours, but after careful review of our contract last night, we realized that our sales guy added not only a hidden extended warranty but also a "three for one" extra charge. An extra $3,200 charge to our end bill.These items were presented to us as "no cost" because we had an extended wait time to see the finance department and because I am the daughter of a 20+ year GM employee.
Please note we were very happy with the GM Equinox and hope in the future to find another. However, it was not worth it to us to be lied to and tricked into paying an extra $3,200 when were mislead. We decided to return our new vehicle in an effort to prevent that salesman from earning commission off of us. It's sad that even during this time someone is trying to pull a fast one over on a first responder let alone any customer.
