Not only did they have a good selection of vehicles we were interested in, but Kory and the team at Glenbrook worked with us and pulled some strings to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. We had a couple minor add-ons we wanted to make our new Gladiator ready for the trip. What could have taken a month they wrapped up in just a couple of days. Then she informed me the results of the different inspections. She told that I would be there for 2 hours, and she respected my time. My car was ready in less than two hours. I can understand handing me off to a salesman from the manager, but hearing from a completely different lot is unacceptable. Just picked up my 2018 Jeep Wrangler at Performance Jeep. I have had an issue with the passenger door lock system under warranty. This started over 6 months ago. I took it in and they said it needed a part that was on back order due to Covid. I can understand that so let me know when it comes in, which took months. Had to keep calling because they didn't. Eventually it came in, but it didn't fix the problem. Need another part they say, so we go and come back weeks later. Part comes in and again problem remains. we need a new part they say so we leave and and come back on Wednesday and still not fixed, so they kept it. Thursday no call, I call them and no call back from any service person. Told service was open until 7 by their operator and drive there for some answers only to find the service department closes at 6. My car still torn apart and no knows anything. Salesman said he would have Cody in service call me at 8:30 when he was planning on coming in on Friday. I called at 11 am after nobody called. Spoke with Cody who offered little other than he thought the car was going to be done soon they were putting it back together. Didn't feel he understood how frustrated I was and asked for the manager. He did call and we played phone tag 2 times and then he didn't return my 2 calls after. I drove there to find my car done and hopefully repaired. Knowing how irritated I was I thought they would at least wash it, but clearly going above and beyond or giving an extra effort was not even considered. I did see Josh Smiley the service manager who offered to gas up my car, but he missed his opportunity to make up for poor communication and service and pretty empty gesture since the tank was almost full. No sincere apology or effort. Poor Performance Jeep. I guess buying there doesn't matter. Disappointed and would not recommend.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to be meant for the dealership more than the service center but my review is about the service after the sale. It is non-existent. The salesman has followed up a couple times but when you really need service you can't get it. Express Lane hours were - and probably still are published - but not followed. I got there at 4:02 once for an oil change and they said no even though the hours were until 4:30. One of the women is rude, not just to me but others, which I heard. You would think during times of less driving and less customers and income, they would want to accommodate but they keep making it more difficult with, now, closing the Express Lane to drive up and needing "an appointment" just like all other service. Then, you'll no doubt have to wait an hour like I did recently when my electronics were bad and they gave me no results because the web site to verify updates was down. Don't buy a vehicle unless you have someone else to provide service on it.
