We mainly came to Stoops because of our salesman. We had purchased from him before from a different dealership and wanted to give him our business because of how good he was to us before. He stayed late (on a Friday) to let us test drive our vehicle. He helped us all through the process. We will be back to him in the future.

This review has been a longtime coming. Sam was a class act and incredibly easy to work with. He was very communicative with not only myself but with my wife regarding our financing and updates regarding the car we ended up purchasing. Neither of us have ever purchased a car from a dealership before and the next time we do, it will be through Sam. Doug really made the financing part a total breeze. He honestly helped us like he was a long time friend. I know that can either come off as corny or naive but it's true. He was just great from start to finish.

We bought a new Acadia Denali with Bob Barker as our salesperson. They went out of their way to get me a better trade-in value for my Corvette which saved us money. We were so happy with Bob that we traded in our used truck using Bob for a new Canyon Denali within 45 days. We ended up being very happy with both transactions and would highly recommend Stoops for your vehicle purchases. Bob and Aaron in the Service Department were helpful in getting some optional accessories installed on my new Canyon truck that I desired to improve the truck functionality.

I'm usually hesitant to go back to the car dealership for maintaince however when I purchased the vehicle it came with some free oil changes and I was due for a change. I scheduled an appointment online which was super easy and slick. From the time I pulled my car into the bay I was greeted by 2 friendly guys who were actually ready for me. They walkef me to a great waiting area with refreshments and 20 minutes later I was out the door!! Great service, will definitely go back.
Pontiac g6 repair - Andreavl
I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 that was having (what I thought) was a transmission related issue and I had a recall that needed taken care of as well. I did research on any possible recalls that could possibly be related to my new problem and found what I thought might be a possible match and had my car towed into McGonigal’s. They checked my car out that day and confirmed that it was in fact an older recall and had both recalls fixed within a day. Everyone that I either talked to on the phone or in person were very welcoming & nice not just to me but to all of the customers that were in the service area. I witnessed nothing less than smiles and happy customers and staff that treated every customer like an old friend! I have been a customer with McGonigal’s for a long time and have never left there without a smile or satisfaction.

Went in today looking for a new Terrain. Put a GM finance application last week, Andy Mohr pulled my credit as well 7/2/19. Had been busy for the last week, but notified Tyler would be calling me on Saturday. As of this morning, no response so I called the contact Jenny and she stated he should of called, but she would figure it out. Finally went down there, looked at the Terrain, liked it. Came to the table on my trade, way low as i figured as it had unknown structural damage in the past, but offered 2500. I asked if they could put it on the rack to show it was repaired so I could get more money. He said no and as I look down at my phone, get another credit hit from Andy Mohr. xxx. I asked Tyler and he stated that he only pulled the 1. The numbers in front of me are the traditional payment only numbers like Andy Mohr likes to do, deceiving the public on what your paying for the cars. I advised Tyler later I wouldn't be back due to the payments being too high for what I was trying to do. My complaint is why Andy Mohr pulled my credit two times, 7/2 and 7/8 as well as why they couldn't look at the car as I have driven this car for 2 years as is. Andy Mohr dealerships needs to put it straight, line by line on what your paying for the car, fees and trade info. Forget about the payments until you get close to financing and see where your at. Its all a game, help people see what they want, not just a payment so you can add percentage points to the rate.

We saw the car that we wanted on the website. We talked to Rick on Tuesday. We did the finance part on line and was in the car on Thursday afternoon. This seriously was the easiest hassle- free car buying experience I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Rick Wright to everyone.

Went to look at used cars. Found one I thought and the next day went to pick it up. Got home with it and there were all kinds of problems. I had so much trouble. They promised a full tank of gas and I had to beg for that. I'm a disabled vet who was looking for a reliable used car. I thought this was the place but, I wouldn't recommend them to any service member or retired service member. Save your money. Don't be like me and lose it. Never again.
