Great customer service! My car was finished in one day.... - valeriesaum
Great customer service! My car was finished in one day. The price is a dealership price, which is not very exciting. But all in all the service and speed makes up for the price I guess. And they also shuttled me back and forth to work, which is a blessing! Stanley Chevrolet is a great place!

Found the exact car I wanted! - Ashley.P
I did not go to Franklin but to greenwood from Columbus to find my first car that I will owe on and was greeted by Nick Armitage. He showed me the different cars but I had my eye on a Volkswagen Passat TDI. I showed interest in the car and Nick asked if I wanted to test drive it so we did! And now it's my car and I could not be any happier. Thank you Nick!!

Buyer Beware - tkeith669
The sales staff lied time after time. When I told them I was unhappy they just started dodging my calls... After the purchase of 3 or 4 new GM's in the last 10 years... I was disrespected by the sales staff.
Went out on a limb and applied for a vehicle with this... - randylagle
Went out on a limb and applied for a vehicle with this bogus joint, which was already tiring cuz I’ve applied so many places and talked to so many people on the phone and in person.. car shopping is not easy! Anyway... I get a call from a lady there and we scheduled an appointment. Her name was Miranda, super sweet, made sure I had more than enough info I needed, and let me ask questions and then answered them in detail with such knowledge. I’m like okay, not getting my hopes up, but it seems worth the shot. Kinda excited on the way there.
THEN WE PULLED IN....
Pulled up to the car we saw online, checking it out. It’s an amazing car, worth the price, great warranties. I see a man walking toward us and I was actually really excited to get on with finishing the application process with him. I say him, because he never even said his name. And he was very “boring” for lack of a better term. Asked if we wanted to come in and so we drive the lot and checked out the other cars, got comfortable with the location, then went in.
You’ll never believe what happened.... he walked up to us and escorted us to his desk. The only noise in this empty dealership was the music. Nobody said anything. They weren’t busy, no other customers were there... which makes the story even more ridiculous.
He said they couldn’t find the application, even though Miranda had called and verified it with me earlier when we scheduled the appointment. Well, when your gut says leave, listen.. cuz I didn’t.
In his cubicle, he doesn’t offer the third person who was standing, if they would like a chair or even invite them. Then he prints off applications for us and tells us to... oh wait his phone rang and he actually interrupted this meeting for it.. but apparently he was telling, not asking, us to fill out the application that should’ve already been on file. Then walks away. We wait and wait. He comes back and looks at his computer, then began to walk away. We had to tell him we were done and asked if we could print pay stubs they needed. He put me at the computer and disappeared. 20 minutes later brought the papers with our credit scores and laid them down, then walked away. While sitting there I looked up the reviews on Facebook and google. This place had amazing accreditation. So I stuck it out longer than I was comfortable with. Maybe it was just an off day. Also, if it was swarming with customers and life, I would be more understanding as well. But being the only customers there and nobody is helping, I got still gave them the benefit of the doubt.
After wasting another 20 min of waiting I decided to walk out. I ripped up the papers and left them on his desk.
even if he could have gotten me approved for $0 down, I would have laughed. He didn’t deserve a cent of my hard earned money, let alone the 60 min of my life I wasted that’s not something I can get back. I figured I’d take about 20 min of my life if anything, and let people know how it is before they even go.
As we were exiting the store, there was one lady in a cubicle facing the door on the other side of the store and we walked past the front desk where 3 or 4 people didn’t even ask if something was wrong. Didn’t try to stop us or anything. I was kind of expecting a phone call after I left, trying to resolve things and reschedule. I’ve yet to hear from him. This was over 5 hours ago.
I hope NOBODY in this company, not even the owner of the dealership himself, and ask anything.. even tho I’m sure they don’t plan to.
And I hope this review reaches everyone it can!
They seem to loan to employees, new trucks on the lot for... - Mike
They seem to loan to employees, new trucks on the lot for hauling jobs. When the interiors of the truck beds are damaged, the damage is not repaired, but hidden. An after-market "drop-in" plastic bed liner is haphazardly installed to hide the damage from an unsuspecting buyer. Salesman Josh Baldwin tells any prospective buyer that the liner can't be removed and must be purchased with the truck, The buyer is never told that the bed liner voids the GM bed corrosion warranty.
Salesman Josh Baldwin also lies to GM retires telling them he can get their GM discount authorization number for them. In fact, under the GM employee purchase program rules, he can not do this at all. In doing this Baldwin and the dealership can cheat the GM employee out of the deeply discounted GM"S" price shown on the factory invoice, and charge excessive misc. fees that the employee purchase program does not allow. The most, in any and all total dealer fees, is $75.00 as per the program rules the dealer must follow.
One example of the many scam fees charged is a $100.00 charge to mail the factory supplied Certificate of Origin to the BMV, The buyer can hand carry it to the BMV when he/she applies for title and license plates, for free.
Unfortunately, some factory supplied accessory items are stripped from these new trucks, like the emergency fuel funnel.
Bottom line is that this dealership operates like a shameless seedy, wrong-side-of-the-tracks, back alley used car scam lot.
Please, save yourself a lot of grief, and go to a reputable dealer

Quick service and very helpful. Great salesmanship and very pleased with sale. Paperwork took most of the time up but test drive was good. Overall good experience.
Horrible experience - KaserLeigh16
My fiance and I went in last Saturday looking for a specific car. (This is after going in Friday evening and standing in the showroom for 10 minutes and no one even speaking to us. We then walked the lot and was offered no help before deciding to come back in the morning when they were hopefully less busy) They had multiple on their website, but most were at other dealerships. I was shown 3 and none had the leather seats I had stated were really necessary. The salesman suggested adding leather seats to the vehicle. I didn't want to do that. Magically, they had one in the back that had everything i was looking for.
This car was the same year, make, model, mileage, and price as a car we had looked at at another dealership the night before. I was up front and honest with Jimmie and stated that we had already looked at one, and everything was similar. We hadn't worked numbers with the other place because we went late, but that I liked the other color better.
We ran some numbers with Jimmie, but they were tentative. He still had to get with the sales manager for real numbers. We thanked him, went home to get something to eat and check with the other dealer. While at the other dealer, I called the Chevy dealer twice trying to get a hold of Jimmie. Each time I was told he was with another customer. Which is fine, but I was trying to compare numbers and give him a shot. During this time, the other dealership offered me more on my trade and less on the overall price of the vehicle. I tried one more time to call Jimmie and still nothing, so we proceeded with the deal at the other dealership.
Right before we sat down in financing (3 hours and 3 phone calls after leaving Chevy), Jimmie finally called my Fiance back. My fiance explained our gratitude for his help, but explained the situation and that we were just starting to sign papers. Jimmie didn't say a word and rudely hung up the phone.
My fiance was obviously upset and felt very disrespected. 5 minutes later, Jimmie called back. He didn't apologize or try to even pretend like they got disconnected. He stated that they had someone on the hook for my trade for $2,200 more than what they had originally told me and that his manager was very upset to lose that. Shouldn't that have prompted an immediate call to get me back in? Makes me think that they knew from the beginning that was offered and were trying to lowball me on my trade to make some money for themselves, but that of course is speculation.
Overall, the feeling of the place is just one of a revolving door. they just want to make a sale and some money and dont really care about the customer. they're rude and disrespectful. i will never set food in this dealership again.
Do not deal with miss eric - PatrickGorman

Scam 169 no money down lies - Cenaaron
Of course there was an offer on line that was too good to be true but all of the small print I qualified for. When I showed up they let me believe the car I was test driving was qualified and then they said they sold that car. Complete BS.
Mixed Review - Decaturite
We have had mixed experiences at Greg Hubler Chevrolet in Camby, IN. Our initial experience with salesman Chet was very good as he helped us in 2015 to lease a Chevy Equinox. In subsequent contacts Chet has always been friendly and courteous. We have also had very good service from the service department when bringing the vehicle in for maintenance and repairs. However, our last experience with Travis as we tried to turn in our vehicle near the end of lease was terrible. We attempted to drop the vehicle off on Friday morning. By 3:30 PM Travis was still unable to get the Vehicle Return Receipt, suggesting we come back Monday, and insisted that we could not take the vehicle home because it was "grounded." We however argued that the vehicle could not be "held hostage" and drove it home. It was suggested that we might take it to another GM dealer. On Monday morning we called Travis who said he could not promise he could complete the transaction on that day since we had taken our car home against his instruction. We decided to take his suggestion, made on Friday, and made arrangements to leave the vehicle off at Champion Chevrolet in Avon, IN. At Champion the return of the leased vehicle was taken care of in half an hour.
Car was not the same. - John J. Schriever
Went to look at used cars. Found one I thought and the next day went to pick it up. Got home with it and there were all kinds of problems. I had so much trouble. They promised a full tank of gas and I had to beg for that. I'm a disabled vet who was looking for a reliable used car. I thought this was the place but, I wouldn't recommend them to any service member or retired service member. Save your money. Don't be like me and lose it. Never again.
Friendly hometown feel, would recommend to friends & family - Lenny Mooey
Leased a new Tahoe for my wife. We had a good experience! My wife says they are women friendly ha ha. This is actually the third vehicle we have leased from Hubler.
Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt... - PUBoiler_98
Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt Chevrolet. The one they had in stock was not a convertible, so we asked Tim Sibbitt if he could get one. We got a one word reply - "NO". He said the allocation was not there and simply walked away. Never attempted to call GM about getting one, never attempted to call another dealer for a trade, simply just said no. This was a $60,000 car!!! Wound up purchasing from another dealer.
Years later showed up again looking to trade my S-10 for a new Colorado. Sticker price on the Colorado was $28,000, and the initial offer was $24,000 difference - the S-10 had 168,000 miles on it. I offered $20,000 and was told "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." A few days later returned and offered $22,000. They came back at $23,000; I told them the offer was $22,000. Once again "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." Next day went to the same dealer I bought the Corvette from and they beat Sibbitt's price by $3,000. Called Sibbitt back and told them I was walking away because I got a better deal. Then their story changed to "OK, we'll trade for $20,000." After they turned down $22,000 24 hours earlier. They tried to give me some story about how they just got a new rebate in that morning. It was a Friday & the last day of the month - I am not that stupid! Since then I have NEVER been back, and will never go back. I would stay far away from this dealer.
