I was at Smith Chevrolet in Hammond, looking to lease a new vehicle. DeAndea and Valerie were helping to find me the vehicle I wanted at the beat possible price. Everything seemed great until I wanted to look around and make sure the prices made since to me. That's when things turned, and I then received a attitude from DeAndre. I then left. The next day he had called, and I missed his call. As a courtesy and not to receive phone calls from him for 2 weeks I called him back to let him know, I wasn't ready to make any decisions just yet. (That's my right) he then proceeded to say I'm not going to get a better deal elsewhere, and theybqere taking a loss on the vehicle...I stayed firm and said thank you, but not at this time. He then said "thanks" and hung up on me. I called Monday to speak to the General Manager of sales. Tony is who I spoke with, he was just as rude to speak to, and couldn't care less when I was ready to lease my next vehicle if I was coming back to Smith Chevrolet or not. HORRIBLE business people to work with. When they don't get what they want they get nasty. Well they've lost by business, and I will continue to tell anyone I know looking for a vehicle to stay away from Smith Chevrolet in Hammond.
