The excellent Patrick Group quickly fixed the two drive-train-related problems that surfaced a few days after I purchased an otherwise like-new beautiful used royal blue car from their very helpful salesman, Stephen H.

Luis and the team provided exceptional service. My husband and I have purchased several cars over the years and this was the first time we enjoyed the process. In and out in no time. No haggling or the dreaded finance guy who switches the numbers on you. Thank you Luis!
Horribly unprofessional, sales funnel issues and don't care - SharpeMiniSuks
Worst experience ever by far of any dealership. When I paid $65k cash for my High Country, never had an issue (other dealer). This dealer has a full sales funnel that uses covid19 as excuse to limit you to 1-2 cars only to view, then decide. They spout they are not on commission and because of that, they DON'T CARE about a sale. When I had appt at 130, I was there at 1:15, sat until 1:45, no one helped just stood inside. This is a HORRIBLE Horrible dealer, find another Mini Cooper dealer if you must buy a mini (great car - bad dealer). Cash customer moving on.
Amazing Experience - OldSkool
I want to thank Sam and Kyle for the amazing experience I had purchasing my vehicle.
In 35 years of buying I can say without a doubt these guys are true professionals.
Sam is a great guy and made this experience perfect. Kyle was involved to handle my paperwork
in Sams absence and could not have been more pleasant and accommodating to work with.
From the moment I arrived I could tell this dealership was a top notch place to shop.
If you are in the market for a new or pre-driven vehicle please check this place out.

Hide your wallet! - anon
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had several bad experiences with this dealership regarding my Range Rover. The first (which should have been the last) was when I was hit with a $125 bill just for putting my back license plate on. A few months later I went back to get the front plate put on (after several parking tickets for not having one) and asked if I would be charged an additional $125 for the front plate installment, at which point a different technician told me that installing plates was a free service. I took my car in a few weeks ago for the yearly tuneup and oil change, and was quoted nearly $500 for the service. Shocked, I questioned how an oil change could possibly be that much and insisted I didn't pay a fraction of that the year prior. I was told that prices had gone up (which was clearly due to the massive reno the dealership is currently undergoing). I ended up forgoing the tire rotation, a filter and the "test drive the technicians do to make sure the vehicle is free of rattles and whistles" to save myself a little over $200. Still, my total was $368. Myself and family have been Land Rover owners for over 25 years. So after speaking with my father, he said he would let me know what his yearly tune up and oil change cost would be as he was scheduled to take his in to his dealer the following week. His total -$158. BAD BUSINESS, point blank. My fathers dealer suggested I call Land Rover directly to file a complaint, which I will be doing. I will be using a different dealership from here on out, even if that means driving to Lake Bluff to use Knauz. Do yourself & wallet a favor and avoid this Land Rover dealership!!
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
