I took my vehicle here to be serviced for a recall which went fine. Also had them do spark plugs. They charged $180 per hour for labor. Which I could’ve had the same job done down the street for $120. I figured them being a Mercedes dealer I would pay the $180 for quality work which is the exact opposite of what was actually done to my vehicle. They left the rubber weather stripping for the hood laying on my engine. They did not snap the computer and wiring harnesses back together either. Basically just left parts of my engine compartment laying on top of my engine cover. I will never be returning to this dealership for service. Would not even trust them tightening a lug nut on my wheel after this experience.

I have had all my Mercedes service done at Betten for the last decade. Always excellent, timely, and professional. The reason I’m writing this review is because of an outstanding service experience yesterday. My 2017 E class with 70,000 miles looks brand new, show room clean from an amazing detail. From from the engine compartment to the trunk to every nook and cranny of the interior the detail was pristine. It’s like having a new car. I couldn’t be more thrilled.

We received a loaner car that is utterly filthy!! I’m not talking about the run of the mill crumbs, mud or finger prints. There is hair everywhere! It looks like the car hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. In this current climate where we are washing hands and wearing masks I don’t know how a responsible company much less one committed to excellence in customer service could provide such a dirty car to a customer while asking them to spend $10K in repairs. We had a scheduled appointment so the loaner car should have been cleaned the night before. The only reason I would patronize this service department is because the problem is beyond my regular mechanic.

After prepayment for a key when I made the over 1 hour drive was told the title and dealer sales forms and the fact that I drove the car there does not mean I own the car and I could not have my property in which I payed for and own, also they will not refund the money, per Scott.
