Austin and Blake always make it an informative and easy experience. Prices are fair (who doesnt wish something cost less). This is why My car, my wifes car and my daughters car go to Bob Pulte.

Joe Barr made the experience very positive. There was no pressure, just a sense that we were being offered a service tailored to meet our needs.
Instead of teaching my adult daughter how to buy a car, she learned what a dealership should be.
Piles has earned my family's business.
My dealings with Service & Parts have also been positive.

This is about a 2020 Chevrolet 2500 Express 4x4... - zaunmeister
This is about a 2020 Chevrolet 2500 Express 4x4 conversion van by Explorer.
First we would like to mention that the buying experience, finance setup and execution and shipping of the vehicle was absolutely easy and stress free.
The whole title/registration execution is still ongoing and a little frustrating for military, we will update as the process unfolds. Now to the vehicle; we absolutely love the conversion, the van itself and all the options. However, since this was an internet buy, we were told this vehicle is equipped with homelink, it is not. We were told the vehicle is equipped with CarPlay, it is not. Further, the vehicle was shipped and arrived with several issues. The rear speakers don't work, one of the rear bass boost does not work, the brakes are spongy and the 4x4 gearbox is leaking. So with that said, it is obvious that the selling dealership did not pay any attention to the vehicle condition. Yes it is covered by warranty, but hey, c'mon, this is brand new and already cost us tremendous inconvenience. Not what we expected from a 90k vehicle.

I do a price watch on the car they dropped the car down... - Richard
I do a price watch on the car they dropped the car down $2,000 I call him back and ask him what the heck. They say oh that was an air so they raise the price back up. Then associate calls me to see if I want to sell my car. When I tell the associate what happened they said oh I will let the management now. Then when I say that's okay because I'm going to let the Attorney General know about your practices. I go back on to see that the car is now marked up to $24,000. So from Veterans Day to today November 14th the price is changed three times online and I screenshot all three of the prices within 4 days. I know I'm thinking the same thing how is this even possible. By the way this is a follow-up review from my last review. Richard

Bought a used Nissan pickup. Part of the deal was that they would change the air filter. It was not done but I did not check it till a week later. I emailed the dealer but received no response. Makes me nervous about whether they did any other work that was a part of their check list that they tout. Will not return.

Sadly, I will never suggest Voss chevy used cars. Our salesman, Martin, was a pleasure. Very nice and knowledgeable. I went in to look at a Wrangler, and as soon as I drove it I knew I would be leaving with it. I was told an employee (no name, she is in charge of advertising I was told) had driven it home a few days prior to see if she liked it. "Well it's still here so it hasn't sold." I said ok, I need to go pickup my daughter and I will be back. They got the VIN on my trade in to get the process rolling so it would be smooth when I got back. I even signed a paper stating they had permission to drive my current vehicle to better understand the trade in value. So my husband and I left fully expecting to be coming RIGHT back to sign papers. We were gone no more than an hr..as soon as I pulled into the parking lot I got a voice-mail. "Sorry we tried to catch you before you came back, but the employee decided to buy it." I have never dealt with this. I understand that anyone could have come off the street and bought it, however, I feel that if it was not the employee they would have told the customer sorry we have someone coming back for it. The fact that it was an employee who bought it right out from under me, feels extremely dirty and totally off putting. I will not return to voss, as they clearly have shady practices. I would rather give my business to someone else.

Liars, Liars, and oh yeah...MORE LIARS!!!
Went there with the intention of purchasing a new truck. I told them what I was willing to pay & they pretty much agreed to everything. Then they ruined it. My interest rate jumped a full percentage point on a bait & switch tactic. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, so I walked out the door. Suddenly, the rate dropped half a point...but 5 minutes earlier they couldn’t do anything about it. Got in my truck & drove home. Called me the next day & refused to fix the problem over the phone. I was told we could discuss that when I came in. I live an hour away...not happening. Was finally told the truck had sold, but it’s still listed on their website...liar. Fed up with the lies & stupid games. Never ever do business with these liars & crooks.

I would not even offer 1 star for this dealership
They set up an appointment for us to look at 2 trucks of interest and drive one of them, even sent a text to verify that we would be in. When we arrived I asked for the person I was directed to talk with and he was gone for the day (should have left then). We sat down with a salesman only to find out the only truck they had was sold that morning - THANKS FOR THE CALL that could have saved my wife from a wasted 100 mile round trip and cost me 4 hours of time and a half wages from turning down an overtime offer just to see nothing....
I would not buy a go cart from these people
For someone trying to find a reliable vehicle, don't... - 1024
For someone trying to find a reliable vehicle, don't purchase from Jake Sweeney! I bought a used vehicle from this location in July of 2020 and I have had nothing but complete problems with the vehicle. I bought the extended service warranty -- out of nervousness --- and when it came to taking it in for various repairs (such as an oil-burning problem, an axel bearing replacement, etc.) that are listed as "covered parts" on the warranty, they would not cover the expenses. In the end, it is all about them making a profit, not about the satisfaction of the customer. I would give zero stars if I could!

I bought a Chevy Silverado on 03/22/04 and on 03/24/04 I took it to Midas and they advised me that the 4 Wheel Drive was not working due to a part missing. I bought the truck as is however, I think that Apple should of paid for the part due to the fact that the part wasn't cracked or broke it was MISSING. I called the dealership and asked them if they would reimburse me for the part missing and they told me no. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a used car. I thought that they were a good enough business that they would stand behind something like that. Now, if it had been 2-4 weeks later I would totally understand for them not to pay for it. But Midas told me that if I would of drove it 50 miles more then the whole rear end would of gone out. I am very upset and I hope people see this and decide to go somewhere else.
Worse Dealership I've ever worked with! - Patrick
Herb Kinman is responsible for the worse car buying and owning experience I have ever had...period. Avoid this place at all costs! Drive a little further and buy from a dealership that doesn't have a "C" rating from the BBB.
I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.
Car was not the same. - John J. Schriever
Went to look at used cars. Found one I thought and the next day went to pick it up. Got home with it and there were all kinds of problems. I had so much trouble. They promised a full tank of gas and I had to beg for that. I'm a disabled vet who was looking for a reliable used car. I thought this was the place but, I wouldn't recommend them to any service member or retired service member. Save your money. Don't be like me and lose it. Never again.
Friendly hometown feel, would recommend to friends & family - Lenny Mooey
Leased a new Tahoe for my wife. We had a good experience! My wife says they are women friendly ha ha. This is actually the third vehicle we have leased from Hubler.
Don't take your vehicles to Boose Chevrolet - ktm
I took my 2014 Silverado In for oil change and tire ration and they called me and said that the mechanic tripped over the air hose and it dented and scratched my truck. They said that they we're gonna put touch up paint on it which I refused that they use touch up paint seeing how there's a dent also and it's only six months old and 38000 dollars I expected higher quality out of them seeing how my sales person was amazing but I won't be taking my truck back there for repairs highly disappointed in the quality of there service department . So i get a call saying my door is fixed and I go to pick it up and look at the door they have painted dirt into my door so my truck is still there ten days later and now it will be another 3 to 4 days before I get my truck back
Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt... - PUBoiler_98
Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt Chevrolet. The one they had in stock was not a convertible, so we asked Tim Sibbitt if he could get one. We got a one word reply - "NO". He said the allocation was not there and simply walked away. Never attempted to call GM about getting one, never attempted to call another dealer for a trade, simply just said no. This was a $60,000 car!!! Wound up purchasing from another dealer.
Years later showed up again looking to trade my S-10 for a new Colorado. Sticker price on the Colorado was $28,000, and the initial offer was $24,000 difference - the S-10 had 168,000 miles on it. I offered $20,000 and was told "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." A few days later returned and offered $22,000. They came back at $23,000; I told them the offer was $22,000. Once again "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." Next day went to the same dealer I bought the Corvette from and they beat Sibbitt's price by $3,000. Called Sibbitt back and told them I was walking away because I got a better deal. Then their story changed to "OK, we'll trade for $20,000." After they turned down $22,000 24 hours earlier. They tried to give me some story about how they just got a new rebate in that morning. It was a Friday & the last day of the month - I am not that stupid! Since then I have NEVER been back, and will never go back. I would stay far away from this dealer.
