It was a pleasure to work with Tom and Mark and meet everyone in the service department. The sales staff was upfront and informative. No deceptive or pushy gimmicks to get me to buy the vehicle. I liked the smaller dealership because it is personable and had a relaxed environment. I was shown around and greeted by those that worked their. I'm pleased with my purchase and the price was below market. If I have any questions or issues I am sure the staff would go out of their way to help. A big shout out to Tom and the staff at Ed Martin Nissan!

I was looking for a great used car for my daughter and went to Hubler Nissan. We were greet immediately by Sales Consultant Jack Hustava. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy. He gave us many options and we settled on a 2015 Acadia. We were very pleased with the price we were given on our trade, the price negotiated on the new vehicle, and how quickly we were able to complete the buying process. Overall, a great experience!

I'm a college student and I was looking around for a car but not interested in the pushy environment usually provided by used car salesmen. However, John was perfectly patient and gave helpful suggestions without being overbearing. After I changed my mind about the car that I wanted, he continued to follow up with me---even after I purchased a car elsewhere! He seemed genuinely interested in my final decision and made the process of finding my car so much less stressful.

My experience at Terre Haute Dorsette Nissan was nothing but amazing!Everyone there was great!I had Erney Engle as my salesman who helped my get into the car I wanted.Chris Poe was my Financial manager there who went out of his way to make it happen. He went above and beyond to get me the cheapest payments best warranty and stayed late on a Saturday just so I could drive the car home that day. Truly a great experience I wouldn't go anywhere else. I felt like they cared and I am forever in debt to yas. Thank you!

We contacted Andy Mohr Nissan about a used 2017 Nissan Maxima SR. Lisa replied to our inquiry so we told her exactly what we were wanting to do as far as monthly payments, down payment and loan terms. She had told us she spoke with Pat the sales manager and the deal could be done with the said vehicle we had inquired about. I had told her I was not wanting to waste my time or theirs if my terms couldn't be met she assured me once we came in that Pat, the sales manager would make it happen and ask for him.
We drove over an hour to the dealership for no one to know we were coming at 4 for our scheduled test drive, the keys to the Maxima SR could not be found, it took 35 minutes for them to make a new key and program a key fob just for us to test drive the car. I had asked to speak to Lisa who came out to talk to me. She had no idea why the vehicle wasn't ready and said she would find out what had happened and would get back with me; she never did. I was told when I asked why she hadn't came back that she was out smoking! Really?
We told Paul, salesman, we were interested in buying the car if they could make the deal happen with the terms we had said we wanted. He went to Pat and came back with an offer that was no where near what we were told could happen. Pat came out to talk to my husband and had no clue what Lisa had said would happen and tried to accuse my husband of lying. Pat was aware of the email and text communication between my husband and Lisa and still continued to be rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. Very dishonest and unprofessional practices from Lisa in internet sales and from Pat the sales manager.
Paul, salesman, was nice and tried to be helpful but Lisa and Pat made it impossible for him.

I can’t say enough about the great service I receive each and every time I enter the door at this Pike plaza location. Mike Hopper is customer service extradinaire. He always makes me feel like a VIP and his warm smile always makes me feel welcome. He always follows up with the staff assisting me to make sure I am satisfied . He goes out of his way to greet me as if I was someone special. I always enjoy my time spent even when getting my car serviced as the service team always goes the extra mile. Kevin was great today getting me in and out in record time in spite of me not having an appointment. Thanks to all of you for always making me feel like a VIP.

I take my nissan Juke to regular service schedule, and then they told me that need breaks and drums, so ok, done same day, now 4 days later I have two lights ON , one is BREAK on red, never turn off, the other VDC same don’t turn off, I take back to Illini nissan, they don’t have time for fix this until next week.
When is something to change $$, is same day, if not ( warranty, re-work) next week. And I don’t think be free...

I brought I brand new Versa from this dealership and within 3 months something was damaged on the car. The damage was not from anything I did. The heat shield (located under the car) had merely just fallen off, but this dealership and it's employees were not willing to go out of their way to help me. I bought the car and moved to a new state and the Nissan dealership in Kentucky was more than willing to do everything in their power to help me. I would not recommend this dealership. They do not follow up when they say they will, and they were not willing to help me out. I wouldn't say this, however, when another Nissan dealership was able to assist me and help me with my car damage, I knew that I was dealing with a horrible dealership back in Decatur, IL. The people who work here are the typical salesperson that hide things and make their words all fluffy, but do nothing to actually make your experience better.

Bought a used 2006 Saturn ION. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT: Only one remote fob with car. I was given a second fob that wasn't Saturn, and had no battery. Sort of got smoke blown up my lower torso. Radio missing one button. Uncalled for delay in obtaining title and paperwork.
About average attitude treatment / courtesy/ honesty from a **choke** car dealer. I did get a nice car, low miles, ....that said.....paid plenty for it. I'd probably buy another from them. Obviously better ethics and treatment than from the "we tote your note-U work,U ride" type dealer.

I stopped into this dealership with my two kids looking for the Nissan Maxima. I just seen one on my way to Lafayette and been searching for the right car. I pulled up to the used car section not knowing what I was looking at or for. The salesman, Marty McGothlin, came up to help me. He pointed me in the right direction. No pressure salesman and very helpful. We got to look at the car and he asked if I wanted to drive. I said not today. He took my name and number and gave me literature to take home to my husband. He followed up with me and I came back to drive one. He is very knowledgeable about cars in general and listens to what I wanted even though I am a lady. The sales manager was also awesome to work with. We bought a 2016 maxima. I love it and I look forward to working with all the staff at Kendrick. All the staff were great to work with as well. The finance guy, other salesmen, and service manager. Thank you, Marty and Kevin!

These people were okay until I made it obvious that I was NOT going to buy there! Then, they rapidly disappeared!! No one wanted to deliver me the final number of their offer on my car!! The number was a flat out insult to me, my car, and my womanhood!!! They would NOT have dared to give a man such a lowball offer, and then be pissy about it when I walked out!!! They followed me to my car promising me the moon, and to call me, which did not happen!!!
